I was made to feel most welcome & at ease in the Face to Face Training. The Trainer was the best so far I've had in the 30yrs that I have been updating my First Aid. When it came to doing the Online Modules, it was very straight forward and easily navigated. The Videos were very helpful

I attended First Aid today. Francis was THE BEST first aid trainer I have ever had. I am very grateful and am actually excited to renew CPR next year and full first aid in 3 years time.

I’ve been using Pulse Training since my early days as a Family Day Care Educator, and they continue to be my go-to for CPR, First Aid and Safe Sleep training.
Recently I completed another CPR with the newly added Safe Sleep session, and once again the training was practical, engaging and relevant to real-life situations. The trainer Francis explained everything clearly, creating a supportive learning environment, and makes you feel confident in applying what you’ve learned.
What I appreciate most is that the training never feels like “just ticking a box.” It’s informative, hands-on and genuinely valuable for anyone caring for others — whether in early childhood education, community care, or in my current role as a Funeral Celebrant and consultant.
Highly recommend Pulse Training for anyone needing professional, approachable and high-quality training.
