Great experience doing my White Card at NWCC today with Nigel! The whole process was super straightforward and professional, from booking to completing the 5 hour course. Nigel was friendly, knowledgeable and made the course enjoyable.

Tom, who delivered the course today is outstanding. Great interpersonal skills. My son Ben who has autism and a bit of ADHD needed a bit of help. Tom wasted no time giving him the support he needed to help Ben gain his white card and to be able to get access into the construction industry. I couldn't thank the national course for the white card in particular, to the overwhelming happiness to see my son grow with new challenges I recommend this organization 💯

I had a very disappointing experience with Samuel Bohr during my White Card course. Unfortunately, he was one of the worst instructors I have personally dealt with.
I am currently completing my Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) at UniSQ and hope to pursue a career in engineering. Throughout my university studies, I have dealt with many lecturers and instructors, but I have never experienced this kind of behaviour.
From the moment I entered the class, I felt uncomfortable. I initially took a seat, but he told me to move and put my bag at the front in a way that I found unnecessarily rude. His communication with participants throughout the class also came across as disrespectful.
I was particularly uncomfortable with the way he questioned people about whether they understood English and asked about their backgrounds. I understand that communication and English comprehension are important for a safety course, but I believe these checks can be handled respectfully and professionally.
At the end of the course, I was also frustrated when my written work was returned to me three times for corrections. When I thought I had finished and got up, I was told to go back again.
Overall, I left the course feeling frustrated, disappointed, and disrespected. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend National White Card Courses. Anyone considering completing their construction White Card there may want to take my experience into account.
