It’s great to hear that the conversation felt clear, comfortable, and never pushy. That kind of experience matters just as much as the roofing work itself, because nobody wants to feel rushed when they’re making decisions about their home.
The way you described the representative—polite, knowledgeable, and informative—really says a lot. Walking someone through roofing needs in a straightforward way and taking the time to explain each part well can make a big difference, especially when trust is such an important part of the process.
We’re glad the visit left you with reassurance instead of stress. That’s the kind of standard we want to keep showing on every call.

It’s great to hear that the crew came through on both communication and workmanship. Those two things usually make the biggest difference in a roofing project, because clear updates can take a lot of stress out of the process while solid work is what gives you real peace of mind at the end. Your review tells us the team did both well, and that means a lot. We’ll make sure this gets shared with everyone involved, because notes like yours are exactly what keep the standard high and remind us why that day-to-day effort matters.
During some attic work, we noticed daylight coming through a small gap near the roof edge. We contacted Power Roofing INC to inspect it. They checked the surrounding area and addressed the opening, explaining why proper sealing matters. It was helpful to have the issue examined before it led to further damage.

Catching a small gap before it turns into a bigger problem is exactly the kind of thing that can save a lot of trouble later.
The fact that you noticed daylight coming through and had it checked right away shows real good instincts as a homeowner. A small opening near the roof edge can look minor at first, but your review gets at the important part: proper sealing isn’t just about fixing what’s visible, it’s about preventing water intrusion and future damage before it starts.
It means a lot to hear that the issue was examined carefully and explained in a way that made sense. That kind of clear, practical help is what people need when something feels off up there.

Hector redid my 10 year old roof. He price was fair and the quality was amazing. Thank you.

A 10-year-old roof is never a small project, so hearing that Hector was able to redo it with fair pricing and great quality says a lot. That combination matters because homeowners usually want two things at once: confidence that the work is done right and confidence that they were treated fairly through the process.
It’s especially encouraging when both come together on a job that already had years of wear behind it. Hector and the team work hard to make sure the result feels solid, not rushed, and your note makes it clear that came through here.

The flat roof over our rear extension had developed a few low spots where water tended to collect. Power Roofing INC assessed the surface and discussed the repairs needed to improve drainage. I appreciated getting a practical explanation of the issue and the options available before deciding how to proceed.

It’s clear you were looking for more than a quick patch — you wanted a real explanation of why those low spots were forming and what could be done to stop water from sitting there.
That matters on a flat roof, because drainage problems can turn into bigger headaches if they’re not addressed the right way. I’m glad the assessment gave you a practical path forward and helped make the repair options easier to understand before anything was decided.
That kind of conversation is exactly what we aim for: honest, specific, and useful enough that you can move ahead with confidence.

We had a problem with the metal flashing around a vent pipe, and I wanted to get it checked before it caused more trouble. Power Roofing INC explained what needed attention and repaired the area without making the job bigger than necessary. I appreciated the straightforward approach.

Noted — that’s exactly the kind of work we aim to handle well.
When a metal flashing issue is caught early around a vent pipe, the main goal is to correct the problem without turning it into a bigger project than necessary. It sounds like Power Roofing INC did just that: explained what actually needed attention, kept the repair focused, and addressed the area before it could create more trouble.
Straightforward evaluations and targeted repairs are often the best outcome on this type of job, and it’s good to know that came through clearly here.

What I admire most about service people is honesty. The bottom line is this... Mike showed up, not only on time - but really worked around my schedule. He inspected the roof throughly and then told me flat out he doesn't think the problem is with the roof. He immediately called a person he knew was right for the job - in my case, water proofing professional and not only made the referral but made sure that the new person accommodates my schedule. Now I'm en route to having my leak problem solved by the right specialty - and I definitely know who to call next time I have a roofing problem.
