I’m so happy with my experience having PMU eyebrows done by Lubov at Pigment Lab. I have frontal fibrosing alopecia and have lost all my eyebrow hair, so this was a big decision for me.
At the pre-consultation, Lubov talked everything through and drew my brows in pencil so I could go away and think before committing. Her calm, reassuring approach made me feel comfortable throughout. She listened, offered advice and explained every step without ever making me feel rushed.
Her care and attention to detail were excellent—from measuring and using photos to check the shape, to giving me time to suggest adjustments. Hygiene was meticulous, and the aftercare instructions were very clear.
I waited two weeks before writing this review so I could see how my brows were healing, and I’m already delighted. My confidence has increased dramatically, and I’ve had so many compliments. I can’t wait to see the fully healed result. I wholeheartedly recommend Lubov at Pigment Lab!

I visited Pigment Lab recently to enhance the look of my sad looking eyebrows. I had a booked appointment with Lyubov. Everything was clearly explain before the session. Lyubov was really lovely and peaceful. Her calm personality allow me to relax straight away and not to worry about possible pain. There was none. The whole experience was so relaxing almost soothing. I am pretty sure I ended up falling asleep for a short while. Lyubov was so gentle and very professional throughout the whole session (4 hours). Just amazing. The results are fantastic and so realistic. I am extremely happy with the outcome. I can wholeheartedly recommend Pigment Lab to anyone considering eyebrow enhancement or some other treatments. I also met Yulia who was also really lovely and friendly. I will definitely be visiting Pigment Lab in the future. Thank you very much Lyubov for a truly fantastic job. I'm loving my eyebrows again. I had a fantastic experience at Micropixink Training centre for Scalp Micropigmentation and Hair Density. The trainer took so much time and care throughout the process, always making me feel comfortable and at ease. She was incredibly meticulous in her teaching and in overseeing the treatment. I was extremely fortunate in that the trainee herself was a lovely and compassionate individual-she also was also exceptionally skilled, with an incredible attention to detail and a very precise pigmentation technique-which speaks for the training she has received.
The outcome has been amazing and has given me a huge boost in confidence. I have had no side effects whatsoever, and I can now get into a swimming pool without worrying about my hair Toppix hair fibres streaming down my face..! I am so pleased with the results and would highly recommend Pigment Lab to anyone considering SMP.

Had my second SMP session at Pigment Lab, and I have to say, it was even better than the first! I’m really happy with the experience and the results so far.
A big thank you to my trainer, Lyubov, who was absolutely amazing. She was so patient, professional, and thorough, taking the time to carefully guide the student performing the treatment and making sure everything was done correctly. Her attention to detail and calm, supportive approach made the whole experience very comfortable.
The session wasn’t very long, but it was definitely long enough to see how amazing the work was. I’m really impressed with the care, professionalism, and quality at Pigment Lab.

I have just started my sessions to get my microblading removed and I am just loving this place!! Yulia is SO lovely, and is genuinely excited alongside myself with the results.
