I had the most wonderful experience getting my semi-permanent eyebrow makeup done at this gorgeous pigment lab in Battersea. Snizhana, who carried out the treatment, is an absolute gem — caring, patient, and truly professional. She took her time to make sure my brows were perfect and that I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. The shop itself is stunning, spotless, and genuinely 5-star. You can really feel how much the owner cares about creating a warm, welcoming environment. What touched me even more was how Snizhana went above and beyond after my appointment — I had accidentally left my phone in the shop, and she kindly assisted me and made sure I got it back safely. Such a lovely, kind, and beautiful soul. I’m over the moon with my results, and I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough. If you’re looking for flawless brows and exceptional service, this is the place to go!

Had my first session of laser tattoo removal on two of my tattoos. One is fairly big, the other is smaller. The process was well explained by the practitioner. While the session was painful (less than expected), it was fully manageable by breathing it through and taking short breaks. To my biggest surprise I have already started to see some of the ink lifted. Looking forward to see my progress in the coming weeks and the next sessions. I would definitely recommend Pigment.lab for tattoo removal.

Сегодня была на процедуре удаления татуажа с бровей и верхних век. Признаюсь немного волновалась, так как предыдущий опыт был не очень успешным, но с Юлией все было по другому. Очень комфортная атмосфера, профессиональный подход и качественно выполненная работа. Я увидела результат сразу и мои опасения насчёт процедуры были напрасны — все было на самом высоком уровне🤗. Через месяц вернусь на повторную процедуру 😉

I got my powder eyebrows done at Pigment.lab exactly as I wanted them, natural and natural, but at the same time lively and bright.
