I had Hyperrealism Brows and Lip Blush done with Lyubov and I couldn’t fault a single thing. This was my first time having PMU and I felt instantly calm once in the studio. The level of attention and time that was taken to map out both my eyebrows and lips was incredible. They were checked in different lights and on photos to ensure the shape was perfect. During the procedure I could also tell the level of detail that was going into it, nothing felt rushed. I am so happy with the results. I wanted natural results and that was really delivered. The eyebrows were not painful at all, I actually fell asleep during it. The lips were slightly more uncomfortable but nothing unbearable and Lyubov constantly checked in with me to check I was ok. I look forward to going back for my touch up session!

Great location, very close to major transport links. Yulia is very friendly, welcoming, and with a professional standard of the highest level. I was here for body tattoos and it was my 1st time, ever!!! Filippo is extremely knowledgeable and super-supportive throughout : he worked long hours paying great attention to every single detail of the designs. It has taken me years to get my body inked because it's hard to trust someone with such delicate/personal thing...well, I couldn't be in better hands, to be honest!!! He's very talented and passionate and skilled with body ink, he takes his time 'cause, most of all, he wants you to be satisfied with the results, his rates are reasonable and his professionalism is absolutely top-notch. If you are looking for effective tattoo or pigment removal that shows real results, I can truly recommend this place. I had my pigment tattoo removal done here using a Picosecond Nd:YAG laser and I am honestly still shocked. This is the result after just one session. I tried other lasers before and they did not remove anything at all. Here I could see visible fading straight away and after one month the pigment became much lighter. The studio is very clean and professional, the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, and Yulia is highly skilled, exceptionally professional, and genuinely caring. She made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire procedure. I genuinely loved the experience and I will definitely continue my removal journey until the pigment is completely gone. If you are searching for safe and professional laser tattoo removal with real visible results, I highly recommend this place.

recently completed the VTCT Level 4 qualification in Scalp Micropigmentation at Pigment Lab and couldn’t recommend the training highly enough. The course was very well structured, with a great balance of theory and hands-on practical work, which really helped build confidence in the technique. The trainers were extremely knowledgeable and supportive throughout the course. A special mention to Lyubov, who is an amazing trainer. Her attention to detail, patience, and ability to explain techniques clearly made a huge difference to the learning experience. She really takes the time to make sure everyone understands the process properly. The training covered everything from equipment and pigments to hairline design, hygiene standards, and practical application on models. The level of support and professionalism throughout the course was excellent. If you’re looking to gain the VTCT Level 4 in Scalp Micropigmentation, Pigment Lab is a fantastic place to train. A five-star experience all round.

I had my scalp micropigmentation done today as a model for a student and I had a really positive experience from start to finish. The student practitioner was absolutely lovely — very calm, confident and attentive, and she really took her time throughout the treatment without rushing. Her trainer was there to support and guide when needed, while also allowing the student the space to work confidently, which I thought was a great balance and showed the quality of the training environment. All of the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming and accommodating, and the atmosphere of the whole place was very friendly and professional. I felt comfortable the entire time. I’m already really pleased with the results, especially around my frontal hairline. I suffer from hair loss due to low ferritin (iron deficiency), so it’s not something that can simply be fixed with oils or creams to regrow hair. Because of that, scalp micropigmentation was really important to me, and I’m so grateful for the care and attention that was given. It’s going to make a huge difference to my confidence. Thank you so much to the whole team — I’m very grateful and will definitely be back in the future for my top-up.

I recently had a Hair Density (Scalp Micropigmentation) treatment done by the lovely Lyubov and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results! Going into the treatment, I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect, but Lyubov immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. She took the time to really listen to my concerns and understand what I was hoping to achieve. I never felt rushed at any point; she was incredibly patient, professional and happy to answer all of my questions which is super important. Lyubov clearly has a lot of knowledge and experience, and it really shows in her work. She carefully explained the process and gave honest advice about what would look best and most natural for me. Her attention to detail is amazing, and you can tell she truly cares about getting the best possible result for her clients. The end result is fantastic. She has created the illusion of a much denser hairline and it looks so natural that even close up it blends perfectly with my hair. It has made such a difference to my confidence and I’m genuinely so pleased that I decided to go ahead with the treatment. Lyubov is not only incredibly talented at what she does, but she’s also such a warm and lovely person, which made the whole experience even better.
