Amazing trainer Yulia is….she is absolutely hands on and cares for the student. The course is very helpful and full on…you learn a lot in a short space of time and Yulia will always make sure you are comfortable during and after all treatments. I will definitely come back for more training.

I had a great experience getting my ombré brows done. The customer service was excellent from start to finish, very welcoming, patient, and professional. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout the appointment. My brows are currently healing, and I’m already happy with the shape and colour choice. I’m looking forward to seeing the final healed result after the top-up. I would definitely recommend them for their professionalism and outstanding service. The trainers, Yulia and Ola, are excellent at what they do-skilled, attentive, and very knowledgeable. As a model, I can confidently recommend them to anyone interested in taking an SMPU (semi-permanent makeup) course.

I visited The Pigment Lab for Hairstroke Brows, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best beauty decisions I’ve ever made. From the moment I arrived, Lyubov made me feel so welcome, greeting me with a calming cup of chamomile tea and a sweet little treat, which instantly put me at ease. The space itself was spotless, serene, and incredibly calming. Lyubov was meticulous about cleanliness, wiping everything down and ensuring the highest level of hygiene before beginning, which made me feel completely comfortable and cared for. She took so much time and care perfecting the shape and style of my brows, involving me throughout the entire process. During the stencilling, she continuously checked in with me, making sure I was happy and allowing me to have input, every detail was measured and done with such precision and intention. The procedure itself was surprisingly comfortable with minimal discomfort. Lyubov’s patience and attention to detail truly stood out, especially when it came to selecting the perfect colour and ensuring my brows looked flawless. Snizhana, who carried out the treatment, is an absolute gem — caring, patient, and truly professional. Had my first session of laser tattoo removal on two of my tattoos. One is fairly big, the other is smaller. The process was well explained by the practitioner. While the session was painful (less than expected), it was fully manageable by breathing it through and taking short breaks. To my biggest surprise I have already started to see some of the ink lifted. Looking forward to see my progress in the coming weeks and the next sessions. I would definitely recommend Pigment.lab for tattoo removal.
