I wanted to wait until my hairstroke brows settled before I gave feedback. I’m so pleased with them. I’ve never had PMU before so didn’t know what to expect. During the first appointment, the attention to detail was evident. At every step, I was asked if I was happy and advice was given where required. It may be my lack of experience but the guidance and care provided was something I’ve never witnessed before and I was so impressed. My first appointment took approximately four hours and I scheduled my follow up four weeks from then. The follow up gave us both the opportunity to see whether the pigment was retained and what areas I wanted to enhance or change and every stage I was consulted and I’m so thrilled with the result I can’t recommend them enough. Luba is a credit to your organisation and I wish you and your team the best for the future.
