Owned by a lovely Belgian/Thai couple, they have brand new and spotless bikes at very reasonable prices.
They offer drop off and pick up anywhere in Phuket.
I made a small scratch unfortunately, but they wouldn’t let me pay for it even though I insisted.
The husband / male owner speaks almost every European language which is quite impressive and a very nice surprise to be spoken to in your native language.
If I ever come back to Phuket, this is where I’m gonna get my bike.

At one point the scooter was accidentally knocked over by someone while it was parked, which caused a small damage. The staff handled the situation very fairly and honestly. They only deducted the absolute minimum for the repair, which I really appreciated.
Because of their professionalism and fairness, I am very satisfied with the overall experience. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would happily rent from them again anytime.

Family friendly bike hire
We hired mopeds for 7 days off Sopa and the team. They were really affordable (roughly $10 NZD per day per bike) and extremely easy to communicate with. They even did a drop off to our villa which made life easy for my young family. The bikes were in great condition I had a 3 year old on my bike and my wife had a 10 month old on hers, they were easy to drive, handled very well and fit us on easily. I will definitely use this company again when I return to Phuket! Thanks guys!!

Edit: A response to the owner, as can’t reply to your misleading & arrogant comments to my fact-based review.
Your two employees delivered the bike to the hotel and there was nothing wrong with that/them, but just “business as usual”, but the helmets were unusable, as I described. Called & messaged you 3-times before coming to Phuket about the helmets, but still you delivered the unusable ones!
Also, the transmission had some serious issues, but didn’t break down, even made some loud noises, while driving uphill. Your husband said it’s normal with Forza, but I happen to own one by myself, so know better. Didn’t complain about it, but just wanted you to know about it, so that you could take the necessary steps to fix the problem(some transmission oil might solve the issue with that), so that the bike is not more damaged!
Read my comment again etc. stop blaming your customers for YOUR OWN self inflicted problems!
With ease the worst experience renting a motorbike ever & I have rented dozens of them in my life!
Paid 750/day for a Forza300(2020), that had a top-box in the picture, but when the scooter was delivered, there was no top-box, but was told by the owner, that it’s just in the picture and I should pay extra 600baht for the box.
Secondly; I called & emailed the owner 3-times before arriving to Phuket, that we need to large size helmets. The helmets were unusable due to size and also the heavily damaged screen dropped down from the smallest wind. So, next day I drove to the shop & got somewhat better helmets, but still the basic 300baht pots.
Thirdly; The motorbike broke down, while driving with my friend to a fishing trip. We were late from the fishing, as we couldn’t get a taxi on time. The owner said, that a problem with battery(electrical issues) is a case of “force majeure”, thus didn’t cover the extra cost(taxi etc. we had paid 4600 for the fishing, that was cut short due to the broken down bike).
Next day the same thing: the engine doesn’t start, so I had to take a taxi to other side of the island, as I had an appointment there(where I went late, because of the broken down scooter).
The owner said, they don’t cover anything, as it is not their problem, if the bike brakes down.
Got my deposit money back and a days rent, as they just finished the contract one day early.
Absolutely the worst experience, that even got to disturb our holiday here!!!

We were well aware of the type of customer we were dealing with during our very first meeting at the hotel. It was very clear to us that you wanted "front row seats for next to nothing." Unfortunately, we have very balanced rental rates. If you don't go through everything during your online reservation, you're solely to blame for the top box and so on. We apologize for the misunderstanding regarding the top-box and the helmet sizes; we are currently reviewing our inventory and listing photos to ensure better clarity. Regarding the mechanical issue, while we do our best to maintain our fleet, unexpected electrical failures can occur. ( What we don't have in our hands). We regret that this impacted your fishing trip and scheduled appointments. We hope the refund of the deposit and the final day's rent showed our intent to resolve the situation fairly under the circumstances. We wish you a better experience somewhere on your next visit to Phuket.
