Barnett Plumbing & Water Heaters Reviews

Lisa Crisafulli 2026.10.17

We have just moved into our new house and discovered we need a new hot water system. Alberto arrived on time to install one this morning. Apparently he wasn’t told it was in a small closet on the 2nd floor laundry so was a little shocked they sent him out with no help! I’m Not sure what happened with the communication of that?! He didn’t complain however and worked diligently to get it done. He covered everything in his path so as not to damage floors, walls or laundry machines. He was super friendly, helpful and a very clean worker. I would recommend him to anyone. Hopefully he’ll be our plumber when we need more work done. Great job Alberto.

Francis from Barnett Plumbing came to our residence to work up an estimate for the installation of a smart toilet. He researched the Toto product that we wanted installed and explained exactly what modifications would be required for electrical and plumbing adjustments. Francis broke down the cost to give us an option to consider for the installation, plumbing adjustments and electrical work.

Gio was amazing. I had a bunch of issues with my toilet, my sinks, and I thought I had a leak in the house. He showed me what I can do on my own so I don’t waste my money and he fixed the rest. Very knowledgeable and personable. I am definitely using Barnett for all my future plumbing needs.

Todd. Todd. Todd. Our hero - we had a dinner party planned for this evening and our disposal gave out. He was able to come to our house within 45 minutes and knock out the repair and replacement in another 40. He was professional, courteous, kind and so thorough. We recommend Todd anytime as he did an incredible job and we were able to get our dinner party going with no hiccups. Ask for him anytime you need help at Barnett’s as he is their best!
