Ken came to do the winter maintenance and to advise me regarding the purchase and install of a new HVAC system. I already had 3 different companies give me estimates, but past experience with Ken made me think he’d give me the best advice. He told me my furnace was still in pristine condition, only 11 years old, and I shouldn’t need to worry about rushing to spend money on a new system. He reassured me that if anything should break down during the winter, they could repair or replace within 24 hours! I really appreciate that he looks out for his customers and doesn’t just try to sell new systems!

Ken and his team responded instantly to my cry for help! Branch fell on the power line that feeds into my house and blew some circuits and part of my heating system! In the past from other HVAC companies it has taken days and even weeks to hear back when we called for service. Ken responded in minutes and arrived same day despite their full schedule!
