After 6 years of the CAPM in mind, and a purchase of the gigantic 6th edition PMBOK guide with the corresponding PMI courses I never finished, Peak PM Prep was truly the way to wrap things up and finally obtain my CAPM with a highly effective, and outstanding prep course.
Matt Luik’s instruction was engaging, clear, and focused on helping students truly understand the material rather than simply memorizing concepts. Peak PM Prep was a really great course that helped me feel fully prepared for my CAPM exam. I'm happy to say I passed with confidence.
The course was structured in a way that made the material easier to understand and retain. The weekly videos helped breakdown key concepts and the knowledge checks throughout the course kept me accountable and showed me where I needed to focus. I found the practice tests provided throughout and at the end of the course was incredibly helpful because it gave me a realistic sense of the exam format and helped build my confidence.
The weekly group coaching calls were very valuable as it helped me understand the 'why' behind each answer and provided a safe space to speak with others having the same experiences. This really helped me move beyond memorization and really understand how to approach the questions.

The course was well organized and efficient, reviewing key concepts and management approaches and breaking them into smaller, more digestible segments that were easier to understand and retain. Each week included a series of videos that were concise enough to keep your attention, yet thorough enough to cover the most important parts of each topic. The knowledge checks and weekly quizzes reinforced the material and helped solidify my understanding.
The weekly coaching calls—where we worked through practice questions together—were especially valuable. They helped me learn how to approach each question: how to read it, what to look for, and how to quickly eliminate less likely answer choices. The practice exams were equally helpful, because they mirrored the experience of the real test and helped me learn how to pace myself.

After managing projects for much of my career, I decided it was time to formally validate my experience and take on the PMP exam. The Peak PM Prep program was instrumental in getting me there—well structured, practical, and got me truly exam ready.
Matt Luik delivers exceptional training that goes beyond memorization of a textbook and focuses on how the PMI exam actually tests judgment and decision-making. The videos were informative, concise and engaging. The examples provided were real life and memorable, and helped drive home the concepts presented. The weekly coaching sessions go through practice questions and, while reinforcing the weekly learning material, they really help you understand how to tackle the questions, how PMI expects you to answer them, tips/tricks, and how to tackle the complex ones. The exam simulators were instrumental in preparing me for the types of questions and PACE required to get through the exam.
Thanks to this preparation, I walked into the exam feeling confident and ultimately scored “Above Target” in all three PMP exam domains.

I recently attended the PeakPM 10 week PMP prep course. The content is delivered in an easy to digest way and provides all the tools and knowledge to feel confident going into the PMP exam. Seminar discussions offer an open forum for all participants to get any clarification required in order to expand on the concepts delivered through the material to better develop an understanding of concepts and methods.
