I recently attended the PeakPM 10 week PMP prep course. The content is delivered in an easy to digest way and provides all the tools and knowledge to feel confident going into the PMP exam. Seminar discussions offer an open forum for all participants to get any clarification required in order to expand on the concepts delivered through the material to better develop an understanding of concepts and methods. Would recommend.

I can’t recommend the PEAK PM Prep Program enough! This 10-week prep program played a huge role in helping me successfully pass my PMP exam. The structure, materials, and coaching sessions were incredibly effective in breaking down complex concepts and keeping me on track throughout the process. Highly Recommend PeakPM Prep! PeakPM Prep was an excellent course from start to finish. The material was very well organized, and the instructor, Matt, was charismatic, fun, and truly engaging—making even complex topics easy to understand and enjoyable to learn. One of the biggest strengths of this course was how clearly it explained the differences between project management lifecycles and the phases within each. The explanations were practical and easy to apply, which made a huge difference when it came time for the exam. I went into my CAPM exam feeling extremely confident and passed on my first attempt, which speaks volumes about how well this course prepares you. This was a great PMP Exam Prep course and I'm so glad I met with Matt to discuss taking it beforehand and made it into the Jan-Mar 2026 cohort, with management approval. This course content builds on my prior project management experience, knowledge, and education and offers the tips and tricks and relevancy needed to pass the exam. I was only expecting a bare-minimum pass, but got Above Target (AT) in all 3 Domains of People, Process, and Business/Work Environment on the exam! A nice bonus for sure and a great way to achieve this designation goal of mine from 8-10 years ago when I did not proceed to take the exam back then. A full circle moment for sure! Thank you to Matt and Alicia (my course and exam prep coach for our weekly 90-minute sessions)! I highly recommend this course to anybody wanting to get their PMP designation!

However, the value went far beyond just getting certified. ​What sets this course apart is succinct, applicable presentations followed by reinforcing coaching sessions. They really helped me develop a more intuitive approach to taking the exam, rather than just trying to memorize the PMBOK guide (which I had tried before.). BTW, I passed on the first try.
