My husband and I went here to go paragliding in Interlaken for our honeymoon and it was absolutely AMAZING! I went with Sebastian and he was so friendly and made me feel very safe during my trip! He even let me steer it, and we did "rollercoasters" at the end! So fun!! My husband was with Matteo and he also had a great experience! Would definitely recommend booking with this company for paragliding!
I had a fantastic paragliding experience with Flo. He was very friendly, professional, and had a great attitude throughout the whole flight.
I was very satisfied with the photos and videos he took. I was hoping for a more exciting and thrilling paragliding experience, and Flo definitely delivered while still making me feel safe and comfortable.
During the flight, he regularly checked on me and asked if I was feeling okay. He also made it clear that we could slow down or stop the more intense maneuvers at any time if I felt uncomfortable.
Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I highly recommend Flo to anyone looking for a memorable paragliding flight.
Amazing time and best experience ever! My teens say that this is the highlight of their trip. We had Tom, Richard, Zeno and Yannich. All were funny, kind, entertaining, and most importantly safe. If you are even thinking about it, do it! You won’t regret it. We may even do it a second time while here.
Tom is an awesome pilot! He is chill, encouraging all the way. I enjoy the flying with him. He is also a good photographer. He makes sure to capture every moment throughout the flight.

Patrick was a great Pilot. Took me to great heights with an amazing view. He was extremely patient and a safe pilot. He was especially patient when I felt sick in the stomach up in the air! Highly recommend Patrick!! 5 star!!

I flew with paraglider Krisha. First impressions very welcoming and calm. Always make sure you listen to your paraglider. Really enjoyed the paragliding experience. Krisha also demostrated excellet GoPro filming skills. Making pictures and videos at various incredible angles, this is a must for every paraglider. Would highly recommend this paraglider and this company to anyone.

My flight was absolutely spectacular—an unforgettable experience! Sebastian was not only highly experienced, but also incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout the entire flight. Il y avait si logtemps que j'en avais envie, mais je m'étais abstenu pour un problème au genou.
L'équipe est très professionnelle, ils ont analysé ma demande, tenu compte que je ne parlais que le français; les consignes de sécurité sont strictement respectées; pas de place pour l'amateurisme...

Exceptional Customer Service, Integrity and Genuine Care
I cannot recommend Paragliding Interlaken highly enough.
I originally booked a surprise paragliding experience for my wife on 30 May 2026 as it was her birthday. Unfortunately, shortly before the booking date, our child became suddenly unwell and I needed to request a change of date.
From the very first contact, Karin was exceptional. She took my call, responded promptly, clearly explained where we needed to arrive, and most importantly, managed to secure us a new booking date without any additional charge because she was able to resell our original slot. Her kindness, efficiency and understanding were greatly appreciated during what was already a stressful family situation.
Later, my wife had a change of heart and decided that paragliding was not for her after all. I emailed both Karin and Céline to explain the situation. I fully understood that the cancellation was being made less than 24 hours before the flight and even confirmed that if they needed to charge the applicable fees, I would completely understand. Nevertheless, I politely asked whether a refund might be possible.
What happened next genuinely impressed me.
Without any frustration or reluctance, Karin replied that they would do their best to resell the slot but could not make any guarantees because of the short notice. Two days later, I received an email confirming that they had successfully sold the slot and would provide a full refund.
In today's world, that level of honesty is extraordinarily rare.
They had every right to retain the fee under the circumstances. Instead, they chose the ethical approach. They made the effort to resell the slot and then proactively came back to me with a full refund without charging a single penny. That speaks volumes about the values of the people behind this business.
As a lawyer, I particularly value integrity, fairness and professionalism. Paragliding Interlaken demonstrated all three. They treated us with kindness, respect and complete transparency throughout the entire process.
The booking process was straightforward, professional and easy to follow. Although my wife ultimately did not fly, the way we were treated has left a lasting impression on me.
If you are visiting Switzerland and considering an adventure experience, I would strongly encourage you to book with Paragliding Interlaken. For foreign visitors they are really good as the are fluent in English if you struggle with German.There may be many paragliding companies in Switzerland, but it is difficult to imagine finding one that demonstrates greater integrity and genuine care for its customers.
I may not have flown this time, but based on the way Karin, Céline and the entire team treated my family, I would not hesitate to book with them again and recommend them to anyone visiting Switzerland.
