We recently replaced our water heater and our HVAC with Williams. The water heater went incredibly smoothly, we scheduled the replaced within days of contacting Williams and the installation was flawless! Meanwhile, the oil heater was behaving erratically. We called Williams, Jeff came by the same day, reviewed out options with some excellent suggestions for energy savings and heating/cooling efficiency and the replacement was scheduled within the week! Jeff was amazingly responsive and helpful. Both installs flawless and we feel so taken care of by Jeff, staff that I speak to when calling for help or making a payment and Williams Oil as a company and ALWAYS has the personal touch.

I have used Williams Energy numerous times and have always been so pleased with their service. We bought a house 2 years ago which needed extensive updating of all the electrical and plumbing. Williams energy did all the work , their communication and reliability were excellent. This winter ,I needed them for two major emergencies, a leaking oil tank and then a frozen broken pipe. They responded quickly and damage was minimal. All their technicians are professional, prompt, and do great work.

When I spoke to Ann Marie she was professional and accommodating. When I told her my fear about not being home for Williams to service the A.C unit she moved the day and time even though Williams is very busy this time of year This set my mind at ease. I have been a Williams customer for 40+ years. They are the BEST! Our new oil tank was installed in a timely matter and the old one taken away. The town inspector came and passed the installation in no time at all. We will continue to use Williams for all of our heating needs as well as plumbing needs. Two thumbs up!!!

These guys replace an ailing humidifier with a really nice unit. They repaired some bad wiring within the heating system as well. Excellent job. House is very comfortable now and they left the work area spotless. I’m glad I have a service contract with Williams Energy.

Words cannot express how grateful we are for the amazing service Gavin and his team provided. It was a couple of weeks ago during the coldest weekend of the year and we're down here in FL and our old drum ran completely out on a Sunday afternoon. The house got so cold that our water lines to some of the sinks froze inside the house. Our service company for 40 years told us the couldn't do anything to help get the heat going again until Monday morning. They wouldn't even put 10 gallons of diesel in our drum with a Jerry can just to get us going again until the morning. Williams, however, took care of us.....and we weren't even their clients!!!! Amazing customer service. Our old company could learn a thing or two in how to take care of people. I would recommend Williams Coal and Oil to anyone in the south shore.

I was having difficulty pulling heat up, heat not coming on, etc.. Williams sent Ian to respond to the issue. I can't commend Ian enough. He was courteous, knowledgeable, quietly went to work right away. When finishe, he explained in detail the problem, what he did to fix it & what I should expect if it happened again. His explanation was clear & completely comprehensive which makes such a difference to the lay person. Ian represented Williams Propane in a highly professional manner. Thank you.

The oil tank replacement process was clear. The pavement process was easy. The office and service techs were great. It was a good decision to use Williams as you know it is hard and daunting to find proper companies.
