Outstanding in all respects: great pricing and a wide selection of awning products. The installation was super professional and well done. The entire process from start to finish couldn’t have been better. The awning is beautiful and highly functional; we love the LED lights and the smart home integration. Caleb came out and showed us all the options and explained everything. He returned with Zach to complete the installation, which was done superbly, on time, and cleanly. He set up the hub and iOS software with us and showed us all the features. We could not be happier with all aspects of this purchase and highly recommend Made in the Shade.

After dealing with a different local company that essentially took our money and left us with empty promises, MITS saved the day. With the previous company, and their two installers, we were lied to and mistreated. It’s been a battle to have a simple issue fixed. MITS fixed their 8 year mistake in 10 minutes. So glad to have found a new window covering company. You will be who we use for all our window covering needs. Thank you for helping correct someone else’s laziness and mistakes. Caleb and Micah did a great job. From the first day of coming to give us ideas, show us the options, and take the order to the last day of efficient and smooth installation we were more than pleased. They answered all our questions and walked us through operation and maintenance. As far as the product, I am actually more pleased than I anticipated. The color is perfect and the glare reduction is fantastic. I would happily recommend MITS to anyone.
