We wholeheartedly recommend Made in the Shade. Most important to many people is the extremely reasonable price which was matched by the wonderful customer service. Ron, the designer, came out to our home and absolutely wowed us with his expertise (including a very discerning eye for color), his sincerity, patience to a couple who needed it, and kindness to us and to our dog LOL. Ron patiently took his time explaining our options for multiple window coverings, discussing pros and cons of each. He never aggressively pushed his suggestions, but let us make the decision. Invariably, his choices were the best ones. His ability to match colors was unbelievable.
Doug, our installer, could not have been any more friendly, efficient and helpful. He patiently explained how everything worked. It was impressive how quickly he was able to install everything on his own.
We are so happy with all our blinds and shades. We procrastinated picking a business but are so lucky to have chosen such a reputable, wonderful company.

We had horizontal and vertical blinds and also shades installed. After several weeks all look great and are working well. We are very pleased with the whole process from scheduling with Kari, consulting with Sam, and installation with David.

We got three bids to replace our old, non-functioning black out shades in our bedroom and install new motorized roller shades in the living room and these guys won based on the professionalism during the consultation. The installation went flawlessly and we could not be happier with our new shades. We highly recommend considering this company for any project involving blinds and/or shades. We have used Made in the Shade when we initially moved into our new office where they did 25 shades for us. Throughout the last 5 years, we have called on them for various smaller projects. Recently, we have expanded and grew into a new office space, needing another 25 shades. Of course, we called Todd & Kristie up and it was like old friends working together again. This time, they also added to their installation team, who were professional, did skilled, and excellent work, and all on time. The installation team had the same friendly attitude we have come accustomed to at Made in the Shade. I highly recommend them for any project you may have. I would give 10 stars if I could! Kristie and Todd were great to work. They did shades for 25 windows in our office. They paid attention to the level of coverage we needed in each office. They had creative suggestions for some challenging areas. They were courteous with their scheduling and came when offices were vacant and at times in the evening, which was greatly appreciated. On a personal note, they were friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend them for your home or office.
