I’ve owned 3 houses to date & have therefore employed many tradespeople over the years.
I can honestly say that Shutter Studio Shirley are, without doubt, top of the tree !!

We looked at 3 different shutter companies and decided on The Shutter Studio following Roberto's 2 visits to our property. We were impressed by his service and in particular, listening to our needs and solving the problem of our tricky french windows. Shutters were expertly installed by Richard. One month on, we are delighted. We cannot recommend The Shutter Studio highly enough. A quality product and a quality service from beginning to end. Professionalism at its best.

We looked at 3 different shutter companies before deciding on The Shutter Studio - it was Roberto who clinched the deal! He was so helpful when he came to survey our windows and when we explained what we were looking for - particularly regarding our tricky french windows - and the company were able to accommodate this. Shutters were expertly fitted by Richard. One month on, we are delighted with the shutters. When you Know you chose the right company!
Chose The Shutter Studio over two other companies for Apple HomeKit-compatible blinds. Maisie was incredibly helpful from the start, and Matt found a way to avoid needing a hub. After installation, we discovered the motors weren’t Matter-compatible — but Sam sprang into action, personally collected the replacements, and with Roberto worked late to install them the day before our holiday. True professionalism, great recovery, and service well beyond expectations. Highly recommended
After comparing three different companies, I chose The Shutter Studio when looking for blinds that would integrate with my Apple HomeKit setup. From the outset, Maisie was extremely helpful in guiding me through the options, and Matt impressed me by going beyond my original brief — identifying that, by using Louvolite motors with Matter compatibility, I could skip the need for a separate hub entirely. Unfortunately, after installation, I discovered the motors were not actually Matter-compatible. Disappointing? Yes — but this is where a great company proves its worth. I contacted Sam, and as soon as he understood the situation, he jumped into action. He personally went to collect the replacement blinds and, together with Roberto, came late in the day to install them — just one day before we left for an extended holiday. That’s exceptional service and a true commitment to the customer. It’s not the fact that something went wrong that defines a company — it’s how they put it right. The Shutter Studio’s quick, hands-on recovery showed me I’d made the right choice. They were the only team who correctly understood my technical requirements in the first place, and they delivered with professionalism, speed, and a personal touch. Highly recommended.

Beautiful shutters & great workmanship
Excellent customer service from Shutter Studio. John who provided the quote was informative and there was no sales pressure. Roberto who installed the shutters was friendly & professional - great workmanship & very tidy. The shutters are well made and great quality - we are very happy with them.
Great service from start to finish .
My 93 year old mum loves the shutters .
She asked me to paint around window frame as to frame them .
My mum also loves the effect they have a night.
Will definitely be looking to get kitchen ones done next .

I’ve had my shutters for 10 years with no problem. Just last week one of the panels didn’t work well. So I phoned the shop who said to send a video. Within an 1hr I had a your tube video as to how to (in 30 secs) tighten it up. OMG I wish post sales service as amazing as this. 5 star service

My shutters needed adjusting
The shutters need adjusting due to damage by break in and the shutter studio sent Roberto.
Roberto was professional and understanding. The job completed to a very high standard.

Had a wonderful experience buying my made to measure shutters from the fantastic and amazing The Shutter Studio company. I dealt with the West London team. The team members were great being extremely helpful, knowledgeable, very kind and friendly. Matt, George, Joe, Charlie and Yasmin were all simply wonderful to work with. The team showed me their products with no pressure and kept me up to date with everything that was going on from the ordering right through to the fitting of the shutters. The shutters are high quality and look amazing in every room. I highly recommend this company .
