I have never enjoyed a First Aid or any certification course as much as this one. This is probably the first course where I was fully engaged with the lessons and remained present throughout the entire class without getting bored or feeling sleepy.
Raymond knew exactly what he was teaching, and also seems to like his job, and not forced to do it just to get it done . His English was clear and professional, his voice was loud and easy to understand, and he made sure everyone could follow along. He repeatedly told us he was happy to explain anything as many times as needed if we didn't understand, but honestly, his explanations were so clear that we rarely needed him to repeat anything.
I've never felt as confident after a class lecture as I did after this one.
I also want to mention how respectful and professionally friendly Raymond was. He was very approachable, made every student feel comfortable asking questions, and created a welcoming learning environment. He is exactly the kind of instructor who should be teaching this material.
