I took a Friday afternoon spin class with Simba and loved it! Everything was perfect --- friendly staff, a well-paced, challenging class that made me sweat. The music was great and the view of the sky was all I needed to have an awesome workout. I will be back.

Excellent yoga class! Dani is fantastic. There's also a nice selection of other yoga, fitness, and Pilates classes. The studio is clean and airy. People of all ages participate. It's well worth supporting this small but mighty business!

We had a great yoga session. My partner and I are at very different experience levels for yoga and both felt challenged and comfortable in the environment Danni created.
It’s also a lovely high ceilinged room, with half the room with windows floor-ceiling.

Patrica was an amazing instructor. She did a great job demonstrating, readjusting and redirecting the class. She had a positive bubbly and professional personality that made the class feel like the perfect balance of hard work and a great time

I’ve now taken 3 different kinds of classes with two different instructors and I keep falling more and more in love with this place. The instructors are kind and thoughtful, the space is gorgeous with tons of natural light, and the vibes are warm and supportive. Highly recommend!
