Been a year as a member now and it is my best experience in a gym. Other members come in all ages, shapes and sizes which was comforting for me in my sixties and not in best shape. No posers. Good monitoring of class from two coaches which take you from where you are and your current strength and flexibility.. Programme changes every four weeks and three different sessions a week. The regime is very well thought out and efficient use of time. Very good flexible app for booking sessions. You can cancel online up to beginning of session. There is also facility to take time off if for holidays, travelling for work, injury etc. I can feel progress in things like planks, squats which I could not do before. The regular monitoring shows increase in muscle mass, fat reduction, weight loss etc. Still a way to go but the coaches are so encouraging

Finally give myself the shove I needed and signed up to TPC. Three weeks in and feeling great and motivated. I love that the sessions are short, directed and can be changed last minute if something comes up which is just the flexibility what a mum/teacher needs. The trainers are at hand to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly as well as giving motivation.

I love training at TPC. The trainers are super, so welcoming and knowledgeable. The workouts are structured, challenging and enjoyable. The workout journals mean you can track your progress each week. I highly recommend TPC.
