Tranquility Base
Visiting a friend in Sourdeval and needed a place to stay. What a precious little gem I discovered. (Just) off the road, on a little creek, great bed, fantastic breakfast and a lot of TLC from Dennis. I’ll be back! Jaap

Enchanting escape
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Les trio fenêtres a delightful bed and breakfast nestled in the heart of Normandy. From the moment I arrived, I was enchanted by its quaint, rustic charm.
The atmosphere is incredibly warm and inviting, with beautifully decorated room that blend traditional French decor with modern comforts.
My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and featured a cozy bed that made it hard to leave in the morning.
What truly sets les tres fenêtre apart is the hospitality of the host, he went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, offering local tips and even sharing stories about the history of the area.
Breakfast was a highlight, featuring an array of delicious local cheeses, fresh pastries, and homemade jams. It was the perfect way to start the day while enjoying the view.
The location is ideal for exploring Normandy, with easy access to historical sites and charming villages. The peaceful setting along the river provided a serene retreat after a day of sightseeing.
Overall, I highly recommend les trios fenêtres for anyone looking for a charming and memorable stay in Normandy.

☺Wat een fantastische plek is dit om te verblijven; ontbijten aan het riviertje; waar vind je zoiets😍
De kamer was van alle gemakken voorzien; heerlijk koel,schoon en de bedden lagen heerlijk( zijn elektrisch verstelbaar).
Het ligt mooi centraal, maar heerlijk rustig om leuke activiteiten te ondernemen. De watervallen zijn op 15 min afstand, le Mont-Saint-Michel en de D-Day stranden op een uurtje rijden.
Als laatst willen we Dennis heel erg bedanken. Voor de goede zorgen en de hulp als we iets nodig hadden; dan staat hij voor je klaar. En natuurlijk niet te vergeten voor het heerlijke ontbijt de hele week😋

A Peaceful Stay in the Heart of Beautiful Normandy
We stayed for two nights at this lovely B&B in early August, located in the charming French village of Sourdeval. We truly enjoyed our stay as it was wonderfully peaceful, surrounded by nature and perfect for a good night’s sleep. The bedroom was beautifully furnished, even with a roller shutter to make the room completely dark. The bathroom was fully equipped with everything we needed, the shower worked perfectly and toiletries such as soap and shampoo were provided.
The contact with the owners was excellent. They were incredibly friendly, spoke multiple languages fluently and offered plenty of great tips for exploring the area. The location is ideal for day trips, whether you want to visit the beaches of Normandy or the stunning Mont Saint-Michel. In fact, most highlights of the Normandy region are within easy reach.
Although we only stayed for two nights, we could easily have stayed longer. The setting, the tranquility, the sights and the overall atmosphere were all wonderful. Breakfast was also perfectly arranged with delicious croissants from an excellent local bakery. We would highly recommend this B&B to anyone visiting the area.

☺Het is echt een heel idyllisch plekje, heel romantisch. Dat kwam goed uit want het was onze trouwdag. Dennis is een heel aardige gast die alles doet om je verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Het ontbijt was super, met verse eitjes van de eigen kippen.
☹De keuken is in een apart 'gebouwtje', waarvoor je naar buiten moet. Bij slecht weer is dat een nadeel.

☺Un luogo incantevole con un host accogliente e pronto a condividere il suo angolo di paradiso! La camera era pulitissima, il bagno nuovo con tutte le comodità. All'esterno c'è una piccola casetta adibita a sala colazione e cucina, con l'occorrente per gestire i pasti. Colazione dolce e salata con prodotti freschi direttamente dalla panetteria del paese! Giardino magnifico!

Sad to be leaving this beautiful place today, already thinking of when we could return. Our host Dennis could not have made us more welcome. Eggs from the resident hens for breakfast every morning, plus goodies galore, definitely the nicest croissants I've ever had plus we're enjoying them beside a stream in the most fabulous garden that has to be seen to be fully appreciated. The bed is so comfortable, lovely bathroom, nothing here not to like. Big thanks to Les Trois Fenetres for a thoroughly happy stay. ❤️

Unerwartetes Paradies
Nach einer anstrengenden Velotour fanden wir hier unerwartet ein Paradies vor. Wir wurden nett begrüsst, haben einen Kaffee mit Blick auf den wunderbaren Garten genossen, haben wunderbar geschlafen und wurden mit einem köstlichen Frühstück verwöhnt. Das ist ein guter Ort zum sein 😊

☺Vriendelijke ontvangst door Dennis. Wat een mooie rustige locatie! Goed bed en heerlijke kussens, ook grote Apple TV. We hadden mooi weer en konden buiten ontbijten aan het riviertje. Dennis stond ons reeds op te wachten en legde ons uit wat er allemaal op tafel stond, verse eitjes van eigen kippen, croissantjes van de bakker en fruit ‘s morgens geplukt en zoveel meer. Wij kunnen deze B&B zeker aanbevelen, als we in de buurt zijn gaan we zeker terug.
