Stay away from KDP Digital Publishers. Exercise caution when dealing with representatives from this company. Be wary of positive reviews, as they may be fabricated. The company is known for failing to meet deadlines; when products are eventually sent, the quality is subpar, and there is a notable lack of respect for clients. The staff demonstrates irresponsibility and unprofessionalism in the field of book publishing. My experience with them was beyond disappointing, and I am not alone in this sentiment. **UPDATE — October 2026** In response to KDP Digital Publishers' public reply, this matter is not simply about a project moving more slowly than expected. I pursued legal action against this company, and a court entered a default judgment against the company. Despite that judgment, the matter remains unresolved. On September 10, 2026, I sent post-judgment discovery through the company's website messaging system, which confirmed delivery. As of October 15, 2026, I have received no response. I believe customers deserve transparency and accountability. Rather than minimizing this matter as a project delay, I encourage KDP Digital Publishers to address the outstanding judgment and its legal obligations.
