Glen was very confident in handling the sale of my commercial property. His advice from experience was spot on when evaluating the market price to list the property, which was significantly more than I anticipated. He handled everything that needed to be completed for the sale, from soup to nuts. He always had my best interests in mind when handling the offers that came in. All I had to do was sign the required documents when we accepted the best offer. And I was able to do that electronically also. He represented me at settlement so I didn't have to make arrangements to attend. I am very grateful for having someone as professional as Glen to handle the sale. There are too many potential issues that could arise and break an agreement. There is nothing that compares to experience and professionalism when it comes to transactions as important and complex as a real estate transaction.
