Glen Guadalupe Real Estate Reviews

We met Glen while our company, Our Caring Hands, was retained to conduct an online estate sale for one of his clients who needed to liquidate the contents of a home before it could be sold. Glen is not only a highly experienced Realtor, but a kind and compassionate man. For example, Glen personally coordinated with us to ensure the estate sale went smoothly, even helping his client navigate difficult decisions about sentimental items. Glen listens carefully to his clients’ needs and ensures every detail is handled with care. We look forward to working with him again in the future and we welcome the opportunity to refer clients to him!

Glen is a wonderful realtor. I could not have asked for a better person to help me purchase my first home. His knowledge of construction and code was key in allowing me to make a good decision. He was able to tell me what could and could not be done when discussing dreams of remodeling or additions. I think a lot of real estate agents sell a false dream but Glen had my back and best interest throughout the whole process. If you need a guy with experience, knowledge, and integrity Glen is your guy.

Glen was very confident in handling the sale of my commercial property. His advice from experience was spot on when evaluating the market price to list the property, which was significantly more than I anticipated. He handled everything that needed to be completed for the sale, from soup to nuts. He always had my best interests in mind when handling the offers that came in. All I had to do was sign the required documents when we accepted the best offer. And I was able to do that electronically also. He represented me at settlement so I didn't have to make arrangements to attend. I am very grateful for having someone as professional as Glen to handle the sale. There are too many potential issues that could arise and break an agreement. There is nothing that compares to experience and professionalism when it comes to transactions as important and complex as a real estate transaction.
