Had an amazing experience working with Gil and Bareun. Extremely communicative and friendly. Gil knew every area we viewed and answered all questions quickly. Leaps and bounds better than other realtor groups I’ve worked with. They actually cared about finding the perfect place for my roommate and I. Could not recommend them more absolutely fantastic experience.

Isabella was great to work with from HotSpot rentals! As I was moving to Chicago from a different city, I was unable to tour apartments myself but Isabella took the time to do all the legwork for me. She FaceTimed me into tours and made sure to follow-up to make sure I get as much of the criteria I wanted in an apartment as I could. Had a great experience with Jacqueline. Her communication was timely and excellent and she was very adaptable to my preferences in searching for an apartment in several neighborhoods in Chicago. She set up tours quickly and easily cancelled/rescheduled during a fast-paced weekend of touring several apartments. Ended up signing at one of her recommendations that I previously was not considering. 10/10 experience, highly recommend!
