I love this place, like genuinely 10 out of 10 I would recommend it. As a student here, my experience has been amazing, especially with Deserie Hart as my academic advisor. She’s honestly the best advisor I’ve ever had. She really cares about her students and you can tell she actually wants to see you succeed, she’s always doing everything she can to help and make things happen. If you’re thinking about coming here, just be ready because you’re going to be amazed!!!

I recently did Pharmacology exam, studied for over a week because it was important to get a good grade on the finals. However, to my surprise, the exam did not reflect what was taught throughout the semester. The exam started almost two hours late. It is very discouraging as the professor that taught the course was not the professor that set the exam, and that I should take over the full course. I requested a meeting with the Dean, and was advised to send an email. Its hard to know that we are spending our hard earn money and there is no support from faculty. If there was zero star then it would be given!! The lack of support and unfair practices have made me decide to withdraw from the school. I encourage others to do the same and for prospective students, not to be fooled. Spend your money, where you will be valued!

School staff are really unprofessional when it comes to actually supporting and helping the students . The final exam was completely unrelated to any of the medicines we learned through the semester. The finals was completely disappointing . I studied for over a week on info that was not on the final exam . Dr eddy perez was an excellent teacher and goes above and beyond for his students to understand the material and actually pass the exams . The finals is not created by Dr eddy Perez the pharmacology professor , it is created by Dr Waima with unrelated information on more than half of the test . It’s sad to say I wasted my time studying on unrelated medications over half of the test was completely unrelated to anything we learned throughout the semester. It’s very discouraging having to retake the course because of the schools believes the director of nursing which does not teach one class at the school makes the final exam , and it seems to me they have no type of active communication going on with finals. In all honesty WHAT WAS THAT . It sucks im litterally stuck at this school that I’ve been paying for and now have to continue coming out of pocket knowing the system is lowkey created for us to fail . Less than half the class passed the finals due to its unrelated information. Something needs to be done there needs to be communication between Dr.Waima and the actual pharmacology professor . That test was completely unfair and unacceptable. Sadly there’s no one you can actually run to and speak to about situations like this they’ll just discourage you say you didn’t try your hardest or didn’t study hard enough and brush you off and try to make it seem like our study method is the issue when there’s completely unrelated topics/medications you wouldn’t even know to touch up on because we have not learned any of it throughout the semester AGAIN on more than half the test . I’m feeling completely discouraged and disappointed in this school .

I’m really disappointed with my experience at FVI School. I failed my pharmacology final, and honestly it didn’t reflect what we were actually taught in class. The exam wasn’t even created by our professor, Eddy Perez ...it was made by Ms. Waima, and it included a lot of material we never covered. It’s frustrating to study hard and then be tested on content that wasn’t taught or aligned with the lectures. Exams should reflect what students are prepared for, not surprise them with unrelated material. I hope the school reviews how finals are created because this really affects students’ performance and confidence. I do want to say that Professor Eddy Perez was excellent, he explained concepts clearly, made pharmacology understandable, and genuinely cared about his students learning the material. This situation doesn’t reflect the quality of his teaching at all. Also, the program is very expensive, so it’s important for anyone considering enrolling to be aware of that investment. I would strongly recommend being extra prepared for final exams and reviewing beyond just class lectures, because the exams can be much more challenging than expected.

My experience with FVI School of Nursing has been frustrating, especially considering the cost of tuition. For the amount students are paying, the quality of resources does not match expectations. One of the biggest issues is the labs. They feel under-equipped and low quality, which is concerning for a program that’s supposed to prepare students for real clinical environments. Hands-on training is critical in nursing, and the lab setup just doesn’t reflect the level of investment students are making. Another downside is the lack of a proper bookstore. There isn’t a convenient or well-organized way to access required materials, which adds unnecessary stress. For a professional program, you would expect better infrastructure and student support in this area. I also had a concerning experience when trying to escalate an issue. When I asked to speak with someone higher up, I was connected with the Director of Admissions, Edwin Garcia. During that conversation, I felt the interaction was unprofessional and uncomfortable, and my concerns were not handled in a clear or reassuring way. That made it difficult to feel confident that student issues are taken seriously. Overall, it feels like the school falls short in delivering value for the tuition being charged. I would strongly recommend that prospective students take a close look at the facilities, ask detailed questions, and evaluate the level of support they can expect before committing.i worked with Olivier that would gave conversations not pertaining students or the programs also
