Andrea was an incredible teacher and instructor to the class!! He was so personable and taught with so much energy and passion for cooking. I would recommend this class to anyone coming to Florence looking to learn about cooking and have an incredible experience!! Three courses and unlimited wine so come with an empty stomach!!

The pasta making class we took with Simone was an incredible experience! We made three different shapes of pasta and Simone cooked them in three delicious sauces. Simone was attentive during the teaching process to ensure we all knew what we were doing and he had a fun personality to make it a very enjoyable time. Water and wine was available throughout the class. Come hungry! You won't leave with an empty stomach. Thanks, Simone! We had a great time.
