The instructor Katie, myself and my team feel very comfortable, seen and heard. She was warm, direct, supportive, encouraging and very informative. Her ability to create and connect with participants to create an enjoyable and collaborative the coarse was inspiring. Making the morning a positively impactful and empowering experience. She knew her stuff! And was very kind, respectful and open to ensuring the knowledge and life/industry skills she had gained through her experiences and essential information and clarification were imparted and delivered appropriately. Online booking and payment was easy to follow. The certification was timely received. I highly recommend

I had an awesome experience at the training because the coach was very detailed in his teaching and explanations, with examples from real life situations. He paused at intervals to listen to people's queries and questions. I enjoyed the training and look forward to doing more courses with them.
