As an experienced professional in the property field I was interested to understand if this on line education provider and course would provide the necessary facts, information, relationship forming and other general skills needed to become a highly motivated, personable and educated property manager. Having engaged leasing or property managers that have undertaken this course it became apparent that it was not a delivery process that worked for me or educated property managers on how to manage real life situations and would particularly not recommend to those that have no knowledge or some experience of the industry. Although pointing out some flaws of the content, some not keeping up with legislation changes and terminology, an apology and change in course was offered but not a refund due to policy. I hope this review encourages others to undertake more research and due diligence on this service provider and course before purchasing.

"Businesses are increasingly using the internet as a promotional tool" - a quote taken from Entry Education's Starting a Small Business course material in 2026.
EDIT: In their evasive response, Entry Education claims my complaint about their outdated course content (more than one reference was over 30 years old) was handled 'promptly'. I agree, I did have to 'prompt' them several times (5 emails - 4 unanswered - several phone calls, a few weeks, and plenty of time spent on hold) for my 90% refund. The only other thing 'done promptly' was the course material; 100hrs advertised = 20hrs of content, 80hrs of 'self-directed learning'...
The statement that businesses are “increasingly using the internet as a promotional tool” does not claim that all businesses have websites. Rather, it reflects the continuing growth and importance of digital promotion.
In fact, the Australian Bureau of Statistics reported on 25 June 2026 that 55.4% of microbusinesses employing 0–4 people did not have a website during the 2024–25 financial year.
This highlights the considerable opportunity for small businesses to develop an online presence and is precisely why digital promotion remains a relevant topic in a starting-a-business course.
That said, you enrolled in July 2026 and received a refund in early August 2026 after expressing your circumstances. While we are sorry the course did not meet your expectations, the matter was addressed promptly at the time.

edit, after reading the other bad review I'm lowering to 1 star as the its the same as what I am complaining about. AN additional fee to get help in answering questions that are overly complex and over the top along with videos being needed
initially gave 5 stars but now its down to 2
its a certificate 4 but you got me calculating tax for a 19 year old employee like its an accounting course. You also need to do videos with 3 people in it, getting everyone to act, which is insane. I signed up for online because I don't have time, if I wanted to do acting classes id try another course
way to difficult and the assessors are way to anal. knocked a subject back because my answer was 39.90 not 39.94 for an employee motorcycle allowance (like any real estate agent is on a damn motorcycle)
solid planform so I'm giving 2 and out 5 starts
Thank you for your feedback. As a Registered Training Organisation, our assessments must meet the requirements of the relevant nationally recognised units of competency, including the required calculations and practical evidence. However, we take your concerns about the assessment instructions and support seriously. We have called and left you a voicemail and would welcome a call back so we can discuss each concern and the available options to support you through to completion.
I highly recommend Entry Education to anyone looking to start a career in real estate! My experience completing my course has been extremely positive, and I have been really impressed with the quality of the training and support provided.
The learning materials are well structured, informative and easy to follow. The assessments are clear and practical, while still requiring a good amount of independent research to develop a solid understanding of the industry. I particularly appreciated the variety of assessment tasks, including role plays and real-life scenarios, which helped put the theory into practice and build confidence.
A special mention to Brooke Lal, who delivered my workshops. Brooke is incredibly knowledgeable, engaging and informative. She provides great real-world examples that make the content easier to understand and is always happy to answer questions, provide feedback and offer additional support when needed.
Coming into the real estate industry with no previous experience, I have really appreciated how comprehensive the course has been. It has challenged me, expanded my knowledge and given me a great foundation as I prepare to begin my new career.
