Hard to rate atmosphere and service as its a takeout only place, but the food was exceptional! Attention to detail (wrapping the seaweed so it doesn't get soggy, putting an empty container to hold the sushi so they don't fall apart, etc) was so appreciated. Felt like quality ingredients and everything made with care. Cannot wait to come back!

Really solid spot for takeout only. Crispy rice is next level! Hand rolls are a little small but tasted great. Will be thinking about the crispy rice until I get it again.

The heck? Spent 30 dollars. Wanted 3 sushi rolls and some karaage chicken Got 3 super tiny hand rolls, which were more of a pain to eat then enjoyable. Annoying plastic wrappers that give no explanation on how to eat it. Soy sauce was too salty. No chop sticks in the order or utensils Karaage came without signature sauce Avoid Even tho quality was ok, complete waste of time and money ordered chinese food right after at the same place.

Food: A+ Everything looked beautiful & tasted even better. Smashed so fast forgot to take pics. We got 3 different bao buns, skewer, and crispy rice. The crispy rice tasted like a perfect hash brown. The skewer chicken was tender. Will definitely be back! Service: A+ Pulled up placed order at kiosk, forgot something & placed 2nd order. He brought out second order to the car & gave us a free drink.

this is now my 2nd time ordering from here in a span of one week and i’m obsessed! I got the spicy salmon crispy rice, spicy tuna salmon rice and the lemon garlic shrimp skewers and THE FLAVOR? 10/10! the tuna and salmon tasted so fresh and the rice was perfectly crispy. the staff is so welcoming (if you happen to catch them!). it’s clear they take true pride in their food and presentation! give them a try if you get a chance!

Rollin has easily become a food I crave on a weekly basis. I normally have to get dressed up or plan a trip to a restaurant to get this type of thing so I love that I can fulfill my craving in a more casual carry out kind of way. I love that they seem to blend the best flavors from different Asian cuisines into something so unique and bold. I love love love!!!

Started coming here last month right after they opened, and keep returning because the food is great every time. It is obvious that they cook each item with attention to detail and that they put a lot of thought into everything from start to finish. I tell everyone about this place. Feels cool to be early to such a good spot!

So I am going to be the odd reviewer. I did not enjoy this meal. In fact, I want a refund, but that is too much to ask. Let me tell you why. I purchased the Trifecta, and that it was not! The bao bun completely fell apart. The meat was chewy. The rice, crispy rice, the base of it was not bad, but what was on top, I did not enjoy that. It might have been tuna, sushi tuna. Not sure. The third item, I am not 100% sure what it is, but I do not like the way it tastes. Now, I bet you are wondering, or you are saying to yourself, this person reviewing this food is not familiar with Asian food. Oh, but you are wrong. I am very familiar with Asian food. And I think what the problem here is is that I just do not like reworked Asian food. Because I have traveled all over Asia and I have eaten a lot of different things. Some things were good until I found out what they really were. In this case, this is just not great. In the end, I just dumped it.
