First time visiting the clinic and was seen by Zoya. She explained appropriate treatment for my ear wax issue after initial examination. The treatment was very efficient , I had a severe wax build-up, which I could see via the camera displayed on screen. Whilst I will require an additional visit, I was very pleased and realised how important regular checkups and treatment were. I would highly recommend both the clinic and Zoya as a very professional and efficient.

I cannot say enough good things about being treated here by Ms Zoya Javed. Their service is beyond brilliant. My elderly father has Alzheimer’s dementia and I am his primary carer. During his routine hearing aid check we were advised for the first time to get Dad’s ear wax removed. I chose ear wax specialist because of the good reviews online and its convenient location and it was very easy to book an appointment online. When we arrived the staff were very helpful and friendly. Ms Zoya Javed who looked after my father was absolutely brilliant. She was patient with him getting confused and very gentle so he didn’t experience any discomfort. Unfortunately he had lots of hard wax, which had built up over a long time, as we had never known that it was so bad. She was very patient, took lots of time and didn’t judge us for not having it treated before. She was was amazing and really did an incredible job. They provided the highest level of service and care. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I struggle with build up of wax, in my one ear mostly as my ear canals are really narrow and the wax struggles to come out naturally. I had my ears syringed about 2 years ago at my doctors. This week my ear didn't feel right (started to get symptoms of how it felt the last time) This time I didn't hesitate as I waited too long last time, it drove me mad so got an appointment booked for the Stourbridge branch. Unfortunately there was a little mishap with the booking, no fault of the company. So I called them. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and managed to sort the appointment for me at the Kings Heath branch. Mr Khizar was amazing. He was so friendly, polite and ran me through the procedure as it happened. I had my ear microsuctioned this time along with Endoscopic and it was much more comfortable than syringing. He even recommended some after care for me. I will definitely be returning when I am in need of removal again. Thank you to the whole team. Further update. After visiting the ENT team at the hospital now have a better diagnosis on what's going on with my ear and now putting a plan in place to help maintain the issues with my ear going forward. My most recent visit to the practice was fantastic and Mr Karim was nothing but helpful and informative and is booking me in to be seen more regularly to keep on top of things. Thanks so much for continuing to look after me and my ear issue. Really appreciated.
