Exceptional care at Regain Hearing Broadstairs. I had a fantastic experience visiting the Broadstairs clinic today, 14.8.26. I needed a new Receiver (Wire) for my right Oticon Hearing aid. The staff, as always, were welcoming and very friendly. And it was sorted in no time . Their attention to detail and standards of customer care are second to none. A truly reliable and professional clinic. 5 stars!

Had my first appointment at Regain Hearing yesterday. I was greeted by two receptionists whom were very friendly and welcoming, immediately making me feel at ease. Regina the audiologist was brilliant and very knowledgeable, explaining the whole process to me in detail, whilst always ensuring that I was comfortable with everything. Service at Regain Broadstairs is outstanding. Apart from hearing tests and supplying the hearing aids they have helped me with other problems in fixing trouble I’ve had with chargers and lost hearing aids for example. They are always friendly and helpful and keep me updated with any information I require. A great team !

I had ear wax removed from both ears and the whole experience was excellent. I am in a wheelchair and the regain Centre in Eltham SE9 staff were very helpful and even provided a ramp to access the centre which had a small step. Inside the centre there is plenty of room for the wheelchair and my wheelchair is a large manual. The centre was really clean and the staff were all very polite and even offered a drink which was a lovely touch. The Audiologist was amazing and conversed with me, not at me which was great. 100% excellent 👌
