Very patient & caring. Time taken to explain my particular problems & problems were resolved.Receptionists are also very kind & understanding. Email to confirm the appointment date & time is sent out, but make sure the correct address is on the system!
Would definitely recommend them , at least give them a try. You will not regret it.

My hearing aid has a fault, I contacted the Northfleet branch and was offered an appointment the very next day.
Charlene was very wwlcoming and helpful, on checking she has offered to send my hearing aid away for review. And has made a follow up appointment to keep me updated. I would not hesitate to recommend.

My story is short I am an 80 year old lady of sound mind and i have suffered with hearing loss especially in crowded places I have tried hearing aids with bad outcomes .I can truthfully say it was a revelation when a representative visited me from Regain Hearing the test was thorough sensitive i was explained what was being done and why I felt confident that i was going to be looked after.I would like to say if you have a hearing problem please go to Regain Hearing .You felt you were being told the truth,

Would highly recommend Regain Hearing. I took my 7 year old daughter to the Maidstone branch yesterday and we saw Claudia. Claudia was really good with my daughter.
