I’ve been going every 4 months or so as my ears wax up. Service excellent. Hamish (Whitstable office) is very thorough. I’ve been a regular customer for 4 years or so.

Charlene is a wonderful lady, she put me at complete ease and took the time to go out of her way to help me with my new hearing aid. Nothing was too much trouble and I have visited her several times and on each occasion she has been so welcoming, so helpful and highly efficient in her role.
