My sister had a 10am appointment here and they couldn’t even be bothered to see her until 10:30. When she finally got in the room, the guy doing the procedure acted like she was an inconvenience. It was her first time, she flinched a bit, and he completely lost his patience — literally threw his kit down and told her to “come back next week.”
That’s not professional, that’s a tantrum.
She then left an honest review about the experience, and the clinic contacted her offering a refund only if she removed it. Trying to buy their way out of bad feedback says everything about how they operate.
Avoid this place. Plenty of other clinics know how to treat people properly.
I attended this clinic on Saturday 6th December at 9.55 for my 10am appointment for the first time after reading about all the good reviews i was optimistic i would be treated well. I didn't get seen until around 10.20am. I'm an anxious person which he immediately recognised. The audiologist Khizar treated me with harshness and abrubt behaviour. He was frustrated everytime I expressed the slightest discomfort, he never made me feel comfortable but instead showed arrogance and hostility in his behaviour toward me. He worked on one of my ears and told me to come back for my other ear a week later but showed frustration which made me feel really uncomfortable and even more anxious. Furthermore he made me complete full payment of the treatment.
First time to ever have my ears looked at- after blocking my left ear with a cotton bud leading to very muffled hearing & tinnitus :( it was time for professional intervention- the practitioner Danish was excellent!
Had both ears seen to & literally feel like I’ve got a new set of ears now- after your attention I can hear everything so clearly!

I had problems hearing in my left ear however I booked an appointment here and was very happy with the professionalism. Very clean and tidy and was told everything about the procedure before getting it done. Would definitely recommend Tahiya
