Fantastic service! I will never waste my time messing around with ear drops etc, the camera clearly showed build up that was not going to come out without treatment. Pain free, polite professional service.

One of my hearing aids stopped working and on a visit to my supplier I was told that as it was just over 5 years old the manufacturer would not be able to repair it . I did a google search for a repairer in my area and discovered Sutton Hearing centre thank goodness. I called in today and lo and behold the problem was identified straight away by the audiologist and an immediate repair offered which I accepted. A replacement receiver was fitted and a new dome and everything was working again . I was very impressed with the service I received and should I need either repair or replacement in the future I will definitely call on them again. Thank you from one very satisfied customer.

I had my ears cleaned today for the first time, and the customer service was excellent. The staff was highly professional and made the experience comfortable and pleasant. I highly recommend this place if you want your ears to be nice and clean.

My daughter had her ears suctioned in a very gentle manner. Everything was explained and she was very comfortable throughout the procedure.

Having been told by my GP to just use Olive Oil drops and it would sort itself out, I booked to see Mr Karim for microsuction wax removal. Easy to find and park, pleasant receptionist, and very clean. Mr Karim carefully removed the wax from my one ear, having explained everything. Hearing and balance restored in minutes. Advice on aftercare given. Looking at the hard, solid lump, there is no way olive oil would have worked. I'm going to go back every 6 months to check.
