I met with Rahim and Millie as I had concerns regarding some tinnitus.
Rahim took the time in examine me and explained that my ears were in great health. We discussed some alternate causes of tinnitus, where Rahim was incredibly kind and answered my questions.
The experience was incredible, and I was almost disappointed that I had no reason to revisit Rahim and Millie in the future!

Aged 85, I had been completely deaf in one ear for months, and the other ear wasn’t up to much. I visited Rahim at the Hearing Health Hub, wondering whether I would ever hear properly again, and within minutes, after a few formalities, my hearing was as good as ever. Rahim explained what he was doing throughout the operation, which was painless, and using the tv screen I was able to see inside my ears, before and after the ‘big clearance’. I can wholeheartedly recommend the Health Hearing Hub for anyone who appears to be suffering from blocked ears.
Rahim was very kind, we did turn up rather early, which was our poorly planned travel time. He was very kind, and had a lovely dog called Millie. I felt very cared for, and was put at ease with the detailed description with what he was doing, and all the equipment, that did scare me slightly at first, but instantly felt reassured with step by step of the procedure. The procedure was quick and painless, and I did really appreciate him checking if I did feel any dizzy spells. I would definitely go back, if I ever need my ears cleaned again. My second audiologist experience - and honestly?
Chalk and cheese is the only expression I can call out….
Rahim took time to explain the process and the results in very simple terms, using graphs and also some pictorial explanation, which I’m sure would be most helpful to patients, I was informed clearly and concisely where the issue lay with my hearing.
Going back in a week or so for the next stage feeling comfortable and confident.
