Everything went perfect. The people they had installing the carpet was the best group guys I've ever been involved with. We had no problems. There's such a nice company to work with the owner was so personable when we went down there my kids have used them for years and we finally had the opportunity to put new carpet in and of course we went with them and our daughter and son just bought a house and they also put carpet in at the same time and they got the dream team guys to install it as well if I could give more than five stars I would

We installed LVF in our kitchen last year, the process was pretty straightforward and seamless. Despite some sudden changes with the installer day-of, the project was done within the time expected. We enjoy the look and feel of the product and are looking to convert our entire main floor eventually. I reached out to purchase 2 more boxes to use in our closet renovation. A rep named Heidi gave me a good deal on the boxes without added shopping, and when I expressed concern with picking them up she personally offered to deliver to me in Littleton since she would be in the area. This blew me away and prevented me from making an hour drive! We really appreciate Heidi going above and beyond. She warned me that some styles get discontinued every few years so we are now in talks with another sales rep named Steve for the main floor replacement to complete our vision. We’ve experienced friendly and timely service from everyone involved.

She helped us find the right product for the right price that would meet our needs. After the product was ordered and received, Kevin and his teammates Robert and Arnold got to work installing the flooring in our basement. We were highly impressed with their expertise but what really stood out was the pride they took in doing a great job. Our house threw a few unique challenges their way, like uniquely-shaped stairs and a subfloor that needed extra prep work, and with each, they took the time to come up with a solution that not only looks great but should hopefully last for a long time. To top it off, they were incredibly friendly and it was a pleasure having them in our home during the installation. They will definitely be our first call the next time we need any sort of flooring work done!

Carpet quality excellent. Home visits for carpet selection with Barb Hart were excellent. We required our furniture to be moved. The planning and sequential movement to allow carpet install required a supervisor home visit. Took 2 full days. Install crew excellent.

We reviewed Denver Carpet and flooring twice now in our rental houses, With pretty good results. The most recent experience was with a good installer who was professional, friendly, quick and efficient. I would have given five stars, except that that installer did not bring the metal threshold and reuse the old one which was a little beat up for the bathroom transition. That was a little bit disappointing. It was not too big a deal. I would suggest to the owner to make sure that these contractors bring thresholds in their van each and every job!

Just had my carpet installed today. My wife and I are very pleased with the job. The two installers (both named José), were very professional, efficient, did an excellent job and cleaned up everything spotless when done. Thanks also to Tom who came out to provide the original estimate and arrange the job. I highly recommend Denver Carpet & Flooring and will be using them again for my next flooring project.
