I was in the midst of changes to a new home after closing and the greatest challenge I had was getting trades to show up after multiple commitments to do so. Not so with Jon Kopp of Quality Epoxy. Jon was at the house both days when he said he would, including day 2 at 5:30 AM to finish our floors. His instruction on the process and what to do after the floors were done was detailed and easy to understand. Jon and his wife were timely, communicative, and did an outstanding job on our floor. Their attention to detail and explanation as the process occurred made us feel comfortable. UPDATE (3 YRS LATER): The floor still looks amazing, so easy to clean. I leaf blow it, then rinse; oil comes right off. No color change...no flaking/peeling/wearing at all. No hot tire marks. I'm very happy with it!

Jon and Monica are great people and masters of their craft. Their work speaks for itself and is only rivaled by their customer service. Jon reached out and asked if I would like them to start a day early since they were ahead of schedule. I agreed and they were able to finish the work a day earlier than I expected. I had a conversation with Jon about installing a water softener after the garage floor cured, and he let me know that I didn’t have an electrical outlet near my soft water loop. I contacted my home builder and they said will be adding it for me at no cost. I would have not been prepared for the install if it wasn’t for Jon and his attention to detail. Jon and Monica make the process easy. Their pricing is very competitive, but the results are far better than I could have imagined. You get what you pay for. With Quality Epoxy, you also get friendly service and a garage that is as close to perfection as you will ever see.
