Excellent Teacher, Paul is very helpful in every way possible to be safe on the roads. Definitely rate him 100/10 as a teacher.
It's wild to me this place has such good reviews, maybe because you're pressured to make one before you leave after doing a course with them.
Twice I've been messed around by this lot. The first time for my TMI 1 course. Trying to book in for my final assesment, I'm provided a different date and time over the phone and email which leads me to showing up on the wrong day. Wasn't an isolated incident either since a girl had shown up too and told me the same thing. Set me back 2 weeks from starting a job
The second just now, booked a course last night (Thursday) for Monday next week. Received an email this morning at 8:30 asking for pre-requisites due 12pm today. But like most people on a Friday I was at work. Get a call at 11 asking for them so I quickly screenshot what they asked for and sent them at 11:30. But oh no they don't inform until 2:30 that they've cancelled my booking due to insufficient information. I call up straight away, get told they'll look into it and I'll hear back after 30mins, 40mins later and I've heard nothing. I call again and I get told they'll check now. But no, I'm still cancelled even after I ask if I can have 5mins to send the stupid, irrelevant, information they needed which wasn't specified. Apparently they also need a letter from your employer too, didn't see that when I enrolled. Now I'm out of work for two days next week and they still have my $900. But wait I have to now fill out a form to 'apply" for my refund back.
The bloke I spoke to on the phone thought it was ridiculous too, makes me wonder if they overbooked the course and he knew.
I've never come across such a dysfunctional, business before.
Can't wait to see what these guys respond to this review with just to hear more of their excuses
