Highly pleased with our inspection! We were unable to be there in person, so we were FaceTimed with our realtor and walked through everything after it was completed. Kind, respectful, and very good at explaining things in an easily understandable way. Would absolutely recommend!

From the phone call to the full report was fast, informative, and enlightening. The report covered things I hadn't thought of and the summary was easy for a first time home buyer to understand. The exceptional photos illuminated any major concerns, while distinguishing the easy fixes from professional repair reccomendations. This family organization is top on my list and will use for my second home purchase.

I highly recommend Cornerstone Home Inspectors! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and exceeded my expectations. Scheduling the inspection was incredibly easy through their website, where I could choose the date and time that worked best for my schedule. Judy was wonderful to work with and kept everything organized and stress-free leading up to the inspection. Ben was my inspector, and he was outstanding. He took the time to listen to my concerns before getting started and thoroughly walked me through everything he found afterward. He explained his findings in a way that was easy to understand and made sure I knew what to expect in the final report. To top it all off, I received the complete inspection report just a couple of hours after the inspection was finished. The level of professionalism, communication, and efficiency was exceptional. I would absolutely use Cornerstone Home Inspectors again and recommend them to anyone looking for a thorough, reliable home inspection!
