I highly recommend Cornerstone Home Inspectors! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and exceeded my expectations.
Scheduling the inspection was incredibly easy through their website, where I could choose the date and time that worked best for my schedule. Judy was wonderful to work with and kept everything organized and stress-free leading up to the inspection.
Ben was my inspector, and he was outstanding. He took the time to listen to my concerns before getting started and thoroughly walked me through everything he found afterward. He explained his findings in a way that was easy to understand and made sure I knew what to expect in the final report.
To top it all off, I received the complete inspection report just a couple of hours after the inspection was finished. The level of professionalism, communication, and efficiency was exceptional. I would absolutely use Cornerstone Home Inspectors again and recommend them to anyone looking for a thorough, reliable home inspection!

We were unable to be at our home inspection, so we got a phone call. He was fantastic! Answered all our many questions and even volunteered info on the location our prospective neighborhood will be in. Would definitely recommend Cornerstone to anyone who needs their services.

EXTREMELY DETAILED! First off I messaged them on a Saturday honestly not expecting a reply back until Monday but Mrs.Judy responded within the hour and had me an appointment booked for that Tuesday. And speaking of her she was literally so sweet. With me being a first time home buyer I kept second guessing things and asking questions on the process, but she never made me feel like I was being a nuisance. Her and her husband answered all my questions on the spot. They inspected the house that morning and had a 80 page detailed report sent to me that evening. You honestly cannot go wrong with these people, and they are super affordable .Trust me THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU.
