I had a great experience with A Plus Garage Doors! They came out quickly, diagnosed the issues with my garage door, and explained a couple of different repair options without any pressure. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to install a brand-new garage door opener system the very same day, and the whole job was completed in just a couple of hours. Kasey was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. We absolutely love our new Bluetooth garage door system, and it has made a huge difference. We couldn't be happier with the service we received and will definitely be calling A Plus Garage Doors again for any future garage door needs. Highly recommend!

Recently had my garage door serviced, which needed to be done after replacing the rubber seal. Max, the technician, was very friendly and professional, and did a wonderful job educating me on basic garage door use and care. He even showed me a secret menu on my main controller, which I had no idea existed. That was cool. Max even replaced the previous service sticker that the previous technician had placed with a newer one that includes a QR code with additional help and maintenance information—another satisfyingly cool little thing to do. I had A+ replace my original door a few years ago, and the service was fantastic; today was no exception. Having a 35+ year career in customer service myself, it's the small details that leave a positive impression on any experience. A+ Garage Doors (and Max) understand that fully.

So pleased with this company. Austin replaced my noisy garage door opener and low grade garage door with a super quiet garage door opener and insulated garage door. Austin showed up by himself initially and walked me through everything he was going to do. A second Austin joined him, and they did an outstanding job. You can’t tell anything was replaced because of the way they installed it. There are no holes or any evidence of the previous equipment. They helped me program the remotes and keypad and set up the app for the new hardware. Great customer service!! 7.10.26 Okko was out today for routine maintenance and did a fantastic job! Very helpful and personable.

My garage door spring broke last night and I was able to get an appointment for today when I called this morning. I got my side mount garage door revamped with all new moving parts like cables and bearings and a new and improved spring. It is quieter and supper smooth running. The door gets a lot of use because it is also the entrance for a rental apartment. I was happy with the price too! Mike called and said he could be here earlier than the time slot so I was thrilled. He worked quick. Thanks, I love it Mike Liechty!
