Capri Dream Charter Reviews

Dear Mr. Gloser,

We believe this review was posted on the wrong page. You have never booked or travelled with Capri Dream Charter, and we have no record of you as a customer.

We operate private boat tours only. We do not sell ferry tickets or offer group tours, so the experience you describe does not involve our company.

We kindly ask you to remove this review and post it on the page of the correct operator.

Kind regards,
The Capri Dream Charter Team

We are sorry you were unable to attend due to your injury. However, this review is misleading.

Our cancellation policy was provided to you several weeks before your booking and clearly states that cancellations within 48 hours are charged in full. You cancelled approximately 12 hours before your scheduled departure, so the outstanding balance was charged exactly as agreed.

This was not an $850 “preparation fee”, as you have suggested. It was the agreed cancellation charge for a private charter cancelled at extremely short notice, when the boat and crew had already been exclusively reserved for you.

We understand you were disappointed, but being unhappy with a clearly communicated cancellation policy does not make its enforcement a “ripoff.” We simply upheld the terms of the booking.

As a company, it is not our responsibility to absorb the cost of a last minute cancellation when the terms were clearly given in advance and not read by the client.
In fact, given the circumstances of your injury, we even offered you a discount of the expense of fuel, as a gesture of goodwill, following your injury.

We therefore find it disappointing that you have chosen to portray the situation this way when you had been provided with the cancellation terms and were fully aware of the conditions of your booking. We stand by our decision and the policy applied.
