The Bangkok Thai Cooking Academy was such a fantastic experience and a huge highlight of my trip. Right from the visit to the market to get ingredients, to the cooking, it was so well organised. I can’t believe I was able to cook 5 dishes in that time, but we were taken through step by tech. Techniques and ingredients were explained and the final dishes were done of the most tasty food I ate on my entire trip. I love that the dishes and recipes are available online for you to use afterwards. I highly recommend if your into learning some new authentic culinary skills from Thailand

I went with a friend and it was possibly the best food we ate during our entire trip. The class was fast paced but all recipes are provided so no need to try to remember everything, it was amazing to have made so many dishes. The teacher was very good at instructing and very knowledgeable, the assistants were also great and helped everything run smoothly. Great location right next to the market and a second tutor introduced us to lots of local produce, many ingredients were new to me. We bought some ingredients after the class as we were so inspired to continue cooking Thai food.

I had amazing experience here, following the Professional Thai cooking class for 3 weeks. I learned so much everyday, the atmosphere was so nice with international students from all around the globe. The chef told us all her secrets, why she choose an ingredient over an other one. I gained 5 kg eating every dishes I made but was totally worth it!

The experience is wonderful, love the market walk and all the teachings. I chose this place since you can choose 4 dishes to cook in the menu. Most of the cooking classes have fixed menu. We can choose different dishes to try more types. Be prepared to get a big meal, better go with an empty stomach! Thank you Chef Lekky☺️ all the staff are very friendly and speak good English.
