Our transfer was from a hotel near the airport to Pier 91 for a Holland America cruise. Ava was our chauffeur and was excellent. Was friendly and a very good driver. Among the best and most relaxing transfers we ever had. We will definitely use All Black Limo again on our next trip to Seattle.

Best car service in Seattle. The price was comparable to taking an Uber, and the service was far better. I was picked up at SeaTac in the garage at a predetermined location, the car was a new Suburban, and Che (my driver), was incredibly professional. I will use them every time I travel to Seattle.

We had such a wonderful experience with All Black Limo! We arranged for them to pick up our 16-year-old twin niece and nephew for their sweet 16 and bring them to our home. It was a simple ride and certainly not a formal or special event, but the way they treated it made it feel incredibly special. From start to finish, they were professional and kind. They had excellent communication with us. They were also so warm and friendly with them, and even took the time to let the kids take pictures with the driver ( who they thought was coolest guy ever) — a small gesture that meant a lot and made the experience even more memorable for them. It’s rare to find a company that combines such professionalism with genuine kindness and personal attention. They went above and beyond simply providing transportation, and we are so grateful. Our niece and nephew felt special and well taken care of, and that meant everything to us. We would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and genuinely wonderful service. They exceeded our expectations in every way!

All Black Limo took my sister-in-law and her husband from Gig Harbor to the Seattle airport in grand style. The driver, Che, was punctual, friendly, polite and seemed an all around good guy. The Suburban was clean and well equipped. Excellent service. The only thing that caused me angst was the promised email identifying the driver and confirming pickup time never showed up, so an hour before pickup I contacted All Black fearful that I'd have to get dressed and take them myself -- which in morning traffic is not something I wanted to do. But All Black quickly solved that issue and everything went well from there.

We were heading to the airport at an ungodly early hour. Jose was on time, very courteous with a great sense of humor. Easy to set up reservations, car was immaculate and very comfortable. Arrived on time and Jose gave us instructions on how to navigate the airport. Can’t ask for better service from first call to drop off.

5 STARS PLUS Just wanted to give a shout out to this company for its excellent service. Starting with Katrina who arranged our transport, the owner who drove us to our hotel, and Ibrahim the driver who drove us back to the airport. Everyone was so kind. The owner gave us a tour of the city on the way to the hotel and some very helpful hints for us while we visited Seattle. On our way back, we arranged for an 8 am pick up. We were able to get off the ship 1.5 hours earlier than expected. We were worried because we got off the ship at 6:30 am. Of course it was raining and we had no place to go with all our luggage. I made a phone call and Ibrahim was at the cruise ship within 5 minutes to pick us up. Ibrahim was very kind, courteous and professional. I cannot say enough about all these people and we will definitely use their service on our return trip to Seattle
