VERY pleased with the knowledge and professionalism of the sales rep. He took all the time needed to understand my goals and clearly explain the options along with pros/cons. They are the only HVAC company I have ever dealt with who offered a Manual J load calc without me requesting it. I have never had a contractor perform these calcs before and it gives to owner a detailed picture of you heating and cooling requirements.
I have not yet purchased a system, however based on the sales phase I have a very good impression of Zone Heating & Air

Don’t be fooled by other good reviews on here. This company is sleazy and tried to manipulate us into buying an entire new system and lied about the problem. Would have cost us thousands for a problem another company fixed in seconds. Beware of hvac companies and always get a second or third opinion. Scary this one is a certified carrier company and they run a shady business. quality over profits if you want to succeed.

I replaced my heating system through Zone Heating & Air and I am very satisfied. The technicians were kind and worked incredibly hard without taking a break. Even though I asked questions so many times that it might have been annoying, they kindly listened to everything and answered my questions. They also did a very thorough job, installing everything perfectly, right down to the finishing touches. They started on time and worked past their scheduled end time to complete the job. I could feel that the owner, Jason, is also very kind and has a warm heart, always listening to my concerns and trying to help. I replaced my system based on a referral, and I am grateful to the person who recommended them; I plan to recommend them to my acquaintances as well.
