The bid for their top of the line Trane was equal to lesser rated products (regarding SEER and %efficiency) with fewer features from 2 other companies which were selling Bryant and Rufus.
They also found safety issues with the old system and upgraded them to code which the others did not notice. All included in the bid. The installers were meticulous and efficient. They left the area under the house cleaner than it was before they came. They explained the use of the system well. Very professional and friendly. I am very pleased. I highly recommend this local company without reservation.

Great experience with this HVAC company! They came out quickly, diagnosed the issue, and got it fixed. The technician explained my options, recommended preventative maintenance, and worked with me to find a solution that fit my budget. He also provided quotes for yearly maintenance and a new motor covered under warranty. Honest, professional, and highly recommended!

The Best Service. They were the only ones that looked at the unit and decided they could fix it, instead of buying a new unit. They are very knowledgeable and share their knowledge with you. Zack Hammond did the most thorough company I have ever used. I left once and used another company that was less expensive. I’m back and plan to stay because there is no comparison in the level of service.

The technician was scheduled the same day to replace the compressor that went out the day before. I was happy to find out that it was still under warranty. The condensation pump was sounding rough so I went ahead and had it replaced. I appreciate them coming as soon as possible since it was hot weather. The technicians are always polite and knowledgeable, I can highly recommend Zack Hammonds AC/Heating.
