I am absolutely pleased with their service and will utilize them again for my other chimney. Brennon came out and did the inspection and had a nice camera system to inspect the flue. He was honest and informative and I can see what he saw in the chimney. However, I can’t say enough about Daniel and Mauricio, the two technicians who did the work! They had 15 years of experience between them. Daniel (the lead) was very patient and answered every question i had (and I had a lot). Their work was clean and efficient and i felt the cost was reasonable. They warranty their work and i can’t wait to use my fireplace this winter.

Great customer service and work!! We had a fireplace converted to gas, another repaired and chimney masonry work done. The process was seamless from making the appointments and keeping me updated (Kristy) to assessing the work/providing the quote (Ryan) and the actual service. Multiple teams were involved and all were polite, on time and professional. A special shout out to Todd who walked me through each step of the gas line install, inspection and insert process and made sure I knew how to operate the fireplace before leaving. He and Deonte were also respectful of our home and easy to engage. An all around 5 star experience! Thank you!

Winston’s Chimney has taken care of our fireplaces for years, and they’ve been consistently excellent. Diego O. serviced both of our glass fireplaces today and did a great job. He was punctual, professional, and thorough, and he took the time to explain what he was checking and answer our questions. Before he left, he made sure I tested each system myself so I knew everything was working properly. He left everything clean, too. Winston’s is reliable, knowledgeable, and fairly priced, which is hard to find. We wouldn’t call anyone else. Highly recommend, and ask for Diego!

My Chimney relining and exterior repairs were completed efficiently and professionally by Daniel Flores, Mauricio and Edgar. I also appreciated the initial evaluation by Johnny and Edgar. This had to be done as my home was built 70 years ago without any repairs previously. A bit costly but I think well worth it when wood burning season begins.

Brian and Kaden came out and did a thorough inspection of my chimney and its condition. They did a great job explaining everything they saw and I watched the video of the entire scoping interior of my chimney. I’ll continue working with them on the process of getting the chimney lined and a new gas fireplace installed. They were very cool and easy to talk to. They were also very kind to my cat.

Diego serviced two of our direct vent fireplaces and results were outstanding! The fireplaces have never been serviced and I didn't appreciate what the fireplace can look like after a thorough cleaning. He was also super helpful in teaching me how to turn on the pilot light and answered my questions on maintenance, function, etc. Thank you and highly recommend Diego to other customers!
