We had a great experience with this bus booking company, and a special mention has to go to Lee, who was absolutely amazing throughout.
She went above and beyond to help us by allowing us to keep our luggage safely at her office since we had a later flight. She was also extremely courteous and helpful in arranging a better cab option for our journey back to the hotel. On top of that, she happily helped us switch our seats when we requested it.
Lee’s helpful attitude, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile made our experience so much smoother and more comfortable. It’s rare to come across someone who is this genuinely helpful and accommodating.

We booked a night cruise and one day trip to ninh binh through via travel agency . Ms.lee guided us very well for both bookings and instant confirmation has been done by her. I would recommend this agency for easy and comfortable travel.
Amazing experience with Via Travel. We booked excursions directly in the office, the lady that worked there speaks very good English and explained us everything in detail. The trip was organized very smoothly and we would definitely recommend!

I met Lee, directly in her office space in Old Quater, Hanoi. We planned the entire Itenary for our trip based on her advise and she was spot on with every suggestions. We booked 2 trips with her one for Ninh Binh and another for Ha Long Bay. While, we also wanted to also book a planned trip for SaPa but she suggested us to book a night bus to SaPa and rent a motorbike to explore the city and visit Fansipan. Which was the best advise we got as we loved riding around the city. Not only was the booking experience hassle-free, she geniunely wanted us to have the best experience possible. 100% would recommend to anyone visiting Hanoi. He also gifted us a souvenir to take back home at the end of our trip. 🥹

The trips were really great and well-organized. I personally fell in love with Ninh Binh 😍 — there weren’t as many tourists as in Halong Bay, and the place is so cozy, clean, and relaxing. David was a fantastic tour guide — very caring and knowledgeable.
When I come back to Hanoi, I will definitely go to Sapa with them:)

A Fantastic and Unforgettable Tour of Hanoi, Sapa, and Hanoi!
Our most recent trip, which took us from Hanoi to Sapa and back in August 2025, was just amazing. Our hotel had a stunning view of the mountains and verdant surroundings; the landscape alone made the trip worthwhile! The tour was made much more pleasurable by our tour guides, Mr. Tony (Hanoi) and Mr. Troung (Sapa). Along with being amiable and considerate, they also paid close attention to our needs. They assisted us in locating the cuisine we had asked and ensured that our schedule was modified to avoid congested tourist attractions and lengthy lineups. This contributed to the trip's overall calm and stress-free atmosphere. If you’re looking for a memorable and peaceful adventure, this tour is highly recommended. You’ll definitely enjoy your time with their accommodating and cheerful tour guides.

The trip was so good. The guide was very informative on Vietnam history. We visited temple, we did cycling, had boat trip. All of them was so nice. I loved cycling there. It was raining sometimes but I prefer it than sun :D and they provided single use rain panchos. The lunch was also yummy

I got to do this trip via my hostel. I really enjoyed it, especially the little bike ride among the mountains and the scenery that we could view from the top of a mountain at the Dancing cave. Ninh Binh is truly a magical place, and this trip showed it to me.
