Brandon came out for a clogged line and was very professional. He explained the cause, gave me clear options, and walked me through his repair process. He gave me a heads up on what needs attention in the near future. He was polite, careful around the house, and left the workspace clean.

I booked an appointment online. I never received a confirmation call, text, or email. I called prior to the appointment to confirm. While being told the appointment was on schedule, the call immediately turned to trying to sell me electrical and plumbing services. When I informed them I just need AC help at the moment, they continued to push the other services multiple times. Finally, they gave up and reconfirmed the appointment. The appointment was for 2 to 6pm. By 5:30, still no tech and the window was extended to 8pm. When I called to cancel, I was met with poor excuses.

We had a leak had it checked by a company who quoted a similar price, however were told at least 2 exterior walls & floors would be torn up for the extensive plumbing repairs & we had to move out of our house for at least 4 wks. Their price did not include the repairs to our house. In researching alternative repair solutions I came across the process Veterans Air offers. We remained in our home, had use of 1 bathroom nightly & the work was completed in 4 days. Justin, Cam & Gabe were quite a team, they laid coverings over the floors to lessen dirt, were efficient, responsible, respectful & kept us constantly updated as to what they were doing. Justin has much experience & mentors the younger also knowledgeable men as well to ensure everything was done to his expectations & not cause an issue down the road. They took their time & did not rush. We also encountered an unexpected issue with my wife's shower & they took care of that as well & the office incorporated it into the bill. I would surely not hesitate to recommend this company, they are honest, hard working & enjoyable people to have at your home

We used Veterans Air when the company was called Best Home Services. They replaced a worn out water heater. That was 1.5 years ago. After returning from the North for Season, the new water heater needs a new anode rod -whole house smells like sulfur. We called veterans Air to get it fixed. Asked if the rod is under warranty. Not under warranty. And $1,800 to fix. This is outrageous price gouging. Should be less than $500.

Very happy. Our plumbing issue began with a clogged sewer drain from the house. As it was in the afternoon and no one was available locally, Veteran Air floated a tech from the Ft Meyers area to service us and get the drain going again. Long story short, we ended up having to replace a section of the line. This was done next day by a team that wasted no time in getting us fixed up! All the members we were in contact with were professional, courteous and punctual.
