I was with a different A/C maintenance company and kept having issues with my A/C. I called Veteran Air and I had the pleasure of getting James Petit as my technician. This guy stayed until about 9:30pm to make sure my equipment was working properly. He went all the way to check all of my equipments tech data to ensure I was good to go. See the picture attached. James Petit is a super star beast, a professional expert technician!

Ty was great! Very kind and professional was able to order us a motor and said it should be here in a few days. Hopefully soon. Its hot in our home 90 degrees is a little hard to handle inside. And our pets aren't very happy. Hope the parts arrive fast.

Called, arrived, and fixed the issue within the allotted time. Was super professional and laid back. He explained things very well and got right to fixing the problem. Smart, easy going and he knew what the problem was about one minute into the visit. Would ask for this service guy again in a heartbeat.
