☺Diese Unterkunft hat uns wirklich überrascht!
Die Anlage ist wunderschön und die sehr zentrale Lage ist ein unschlagbarer Pluspunkt. Während unseres 7 tägigen Aufenthalts lief alles perfekt: sehr saubere, moderne Zimmer, die mit neuester Smart-Home-Technologie ausgestattet sind.
Der reine Online-Check-in hat uns besonders gut gefallen: schnell, bequem und ohne die unmutigen Formalitäten eines klassischen Empfangs.
Dieses Self-Check-in-System ziehen wir definitiv vor.
Auch der Support per Chat ist tadellos extrem schnell und reaktionsfreudig mit Antworten in weniger als einer Minute.
Was soll man sagen: ein fantastischer Urlaub, zauberhafte Orte und ein einwandfreier Service.
Wir hoffen sehr, bald wieder an diesen wunderschönen Ort zurückzukehren.

☺Abbiamo trascorso una settimana molto rilassante.
L'appartamento ci è stato consegnato molto prima dell'orario di check-in, senza alcun costo aggiuntivo. Il personale è stato gentile e sempre pronto a rispondere a ogni nostra domanda.
Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con la macchina del caffè e in dieci minuti ce ne hanno portata una nuova e sigillata.
La posizione è molto comoda sia per raggiungere le spiagge che il centro di Palau e il porto.
Non abbiamo avuto problemi a trovare parcheggio, ci sono posti gratuiti.
Ringraziamo tutti per averci fatto trascorrere una vacanza perfetta!
Un consiglio: ci sono tre spiagge vicine che si possono raggiungere anche a piedi, ma secondo noi la migliore è la "Sciumara", che offre anche un servizio bar e una zona con lettini e ombrelloni.

La posizione è ideale per girare Palau senza stress, pur rimanendo lontani dal caos.

☹Parken muss man 100 m weg auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz. Trotz außerhalb der Saison schwierig ein Parkplatz zu bekommen. Was das in der Hauptsaison wohl bedeutet? Da kann aber das Apartment nichts dafür

☺Siano stati una settimana qui e ci siamo trovati benissimo, sia la zona che l appartamento erano veramente belli.
Tutto è disponibile nelle immediate vicinanze senza usare l auto, la sera è proprio comodo tutto questo.
Lo staff è sempre presente h24 via chat, e risponde immediatamente, inoltre ci e srato fornito anche un ombrellone da spiaggia .
Se dovessimo ritornare a Palau sicuramente verrò qui. Grazie a tutti
