We stayed in the apartment D for 7 nights and it was a good stay. From the positive: location is great, really a few minutes by walk from the center and via Nazionale; also, the guide provided by the ownership with suggested restaurants, beaches etc that was sent to us was helpful and very clearly written; We did go to 3+ restaurants suggested and it was a satisfying experience; we also appreciated that the link was provided for the free parking area. As mentioned by many, it is really just a few minutes away by foot if you go straight and cross the railway lines that seems to be not in operations; and about 10 mins away if you follow more traditional google maps way. We could find a parking place always in various hours, during the day and evening, but we stayed in early June. I can imagine that it could be different when we talk about more busy periods of the season; Inside the apartment was everything needed in the kitchen, e.g capsules for coffee machine. However, I found that with that capsules machine was not working normally, very slow dripping coffee and we got other standard Nespresso capsules and than machine worked perfectly; Also, we absolutely appreciate free access to washing machine and drier. I found detergent capsule (just 1) only once and never found them again. We also appreciate that there is access to paper towels and toilet paper. The general cleanness of how we found the apartment is good. Attention in the areas like under the bed, and the terrace is needed. From not so positive and the most disturbing: we found the bed not comfortable at all: it is a bit on a smaller size for 2 people and we both are only <175 cm, the bed and mattress are not stable, the bed moves and makes annoying sounds, and the matrass is also moving. The quality of bedsheets are nice, but the uncomfortable bed is a dealbreaker for me. Another thing was a morning noise created by the cleaning lady (the same cleaning woman), several mornings (4 or 5) and every time starting before 9AM we heard the sounds of washing machine, vacuum cleaner, sounds similar to furniture being moved around - and actually we could understand this, but it was not the worst part, the worst part is that it appeared that she was cleaning apartment in front of ours with the doors open, and talking on the phone very loudly all the time. We could hear the private details of her conversation clearly and it last for a loooong time. I really think this is not respecting privacy and comfort of other guests, and hence 2 starts for the service.

Siamo davvero felici che abbiate apprezzato la posizione strategica della struttura, la comodità del parcheggio gratuito che vi abbiamo segnalato e l'utilità della nostra guida digitale, in particolare per i ristoranti consigliati. Ci fa anche molto piacere che abbiate trovato l'appartamento ben attrezzato e che la pulizia generale sia stata di vostro gradimento.
Prendiamo tuttavia molto sul serio gli aspetti meno positivi che ha evidenziato:
* **Letto e materasso:** Ci dispiace sinceramente che il letto non vi abbia garantito il comfort necessario. Provvederemo immediatamente a fare una verifica tecnica sulla stabilità della struttura e a valutare la sostituzione del materasso per assicurare un riposo ottimale ai prossimi ospiti.
* **Capsule del caffè:** Grazie per la segnalazione tecnica sulla macchina del caffè; faremo un controllo per capire come mai le capsule in dotazione creassero quel problema.
* **Rumori e comportamento dello staff:** Vi porgiamo le nostre più sincere scuse per il disagio causato dai rumori mattutini e dal comportamento della addetta alle pulizie. Questo modo di fare non riflette affatto i nostri standard di ospitalità, discrezione e rispetto per la privacy. Parleremo tempestivamente con il personale per assicurarci che gli orari di lavoro vengano gestiti con il massimo silenzio e che non si ripetano conversazioni telefoniche ad alto volume nelle aree comuni.
* **Dettagli sulla pulizia:** Condividiamo la nota sulle aree sotto il letto e sulla terrazza con il team per garantire una precisione ancora maggiore.
Speriamo che, nonostante questi inconvenienti, possiate conservare un buon ricordo della vostra vacanza di coppia e saremmo davvero felici di potervi ospitare nuovamente in futuro per offrirvi un'esperienza da 5 stelle sotto ogni punto di vista.

☺We had a fabulous week in Palau. The apartment was very clean and in a perfect location for our needs.
The port is only a 4-5 minute walk away, which was very nice.
The staff is always very friendly and polite.

☺It was a great experience: the flat was exactly as described, it was in the city centre and it was spotlessly clean. The staff were always on hand to help, and we had a wonderful time.
The location is very quiet, even though it’s just a two-minute walk from the city centre.
There’s also free parking just a short walk away, which is very convenient.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare presso Vento Mare Palau e l’esperienza è stata davvero molto positiva. La struttura si distingue per la posizione strategica, ideale per esplorare le splendide spiagge della zona e godere dei panorami unici della costa gallurese. Gli ambienti sono curati, puliti e accoglienti, con un’atmosfera rilassante che permette di sentirsi subito a proprio agio. Lo staff si è dimostrato cordiale, disponibile e sempre pronto a fornire consigli utili su escursioni, ristoranti e attività nei dintorni. Un punto di forza è senza dubbio la tranquillità della struttura, perfetta per chi desidera una vacanza all’insegna del relax senza rinunciare alla comodità dei servizi. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Consiglio Vento Mare Palau a coppie, famiglie e a chiunque voglia scoprire le meraviglie del nord della Sardegna in un ambiente accogliente e ben organizzato. Una settimana bellissima
☺ Siamo stati una settimana in questo appartamento, che dire tutto oltre le nostre aspettative, molto curato e pulito.
L assistenza proma e dopo la presentazione è stata molto valida sotto ogni punto di vista, sempre operativi anche di notte per qualsiasi cosa.
Abbiamo trovato molto utile il sistema di check in e check-out automatico, tutti i sistemi e le porte sono automatizzate e questo ci ha fatto sentite veramente al sicuro.
il posto e il paese è bellissimo. Vale la pena spendere qualcosa in per questo appartamento.
Noi lo consigliamo a tutti coloro che non si accontentano.

☺ The apartment was spacious and airy, with lots of storage and a little kitchenette & courtyard. It was well appointed, quiet and in a good location. The manager, Mauro was super helpful and friendly and very easy to communicate with.

Schönes kleines Apartment mit diversen Kategorien, wir waren im kleinsten Zimmer. An sich ist alles da was man braucht (inkl. Küchenzeile). Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral und man erreicht die Stadt in weniger Gehminuten. Die einzigen Minuspunkte: es ist recht hellhörig, der Parkplatz ist oft sehr voll und ich verstehe nicht wieso es eine Kaution bedarf sowie die strengen Müllregeln.

Vielen Dank auch für Ihre Anmerkungen zu den weniger positiven Aspekten. Da sich die Apartments in einem Wohngebäude befinden, kann es gelegentlich vorkommen, dass Geräusche aus den Nachbarwohnungen wahrnehmbar sind. Wir verstehen, dass dies den Komfort beeinträchtigen kann.
Bezüglich des Parkplatzes handelt es sich um einen gemeinschaftlichen Bereich, dessen Verfügbarkeit je nach Saison und Auslastung variieren kann.
Die Kaution dient ausschließlich als Sicherheitsleistung für eventuelle Schäden oder für den Fall, dass die Wohnung nicht gemäß den vereinbarten Bedingungen hinterlassen wird. Sie wird nach der Abreise vollständig zurückerstattet, sofern keine Probleme festgestellt werden.
Die Mülltrennung und die damit verbundenen Regeln sind leider durch die örtlichen kommunalen Vorschriften vorgeschrieben. Wir sind verpflichtet, diese Bestimmungen an unsere Gäste weiterzugeben, auch wenn wir verstehen, dass sie für Reisende ungewohnt oder etwas streng erscheinen können.

Świetne miejsce na urlop. Bardzo dobrze wyposażony pokój nr C. Wszystko zgodnie z opisem na stronie rezerwacji. Blisko do centrum i plaży w Palau. Wygodne duże łóżko. Troszkę lodówka przeszkadzała, może gdyby była we wnęce to nie było by jej tak słychać. Ogólne polecam
