Murano and Burano
Was a really nice trip to Burano and Murano but sadly the earphones supplied by the Company were very poor quality, and we couldn't hear our guide telling us about where we were visiting. The boat was also really overcrowded and not enough space for everyone to sit down
Murano and burano
5 hours, 2 islands and some great artistry to explore glass making as well as other things. In terms of cost we found it to be very reasonable. Ilaria our guide was very polite and helpful. Continuous explanations and pointing out various landmarks whilst on the boat and local history as well. The houses and vibe of Burano was lovely. Could have spent longer walking the streets and exploring shops, cafes and restaurants.
Interesting tour with excellent guide but sound quality of headset a little disappointing
Very enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide who was ready to take questions at any point. The Basillica visit focused on paintings and architecture and did not include a visit to the outside viewing area. The Doges palace was also well explored and explained. The sound quality through the earpiece was not good and this let the tour down. The gondola ride was fun and took in the main canal and some back waterways. Each gondola held up to 5 people and small groups are paired together. This resulted in close contact with strangers in some cases.
