Technician arrived on time. Was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Project was completed in 2 days. (they had to adjust for my bathroom window) Technician left shower replacement area cleaner than it was when he started.
After the signing of the contract, we had to wait quite a while for the install ,when the Installer came out He did an outstanding job We noticed that there were some problems with the order the rain head water supply pipe was incorrect, and the handheld lawn was not what we ordered. We ordered the one that would slide up and down the support pole. He said that he could raise the showerhead and raise the walls of the shower to accommodate that we agreed and it came out. Wonderful. Lastly, he left our house clean with no construction debris. I would recommend this company, but make sure your order of your parts is correct.
USA bath did an excellent job, beginning to the end!! Our installers Bobby and Deven did a wonderful job! They were friendly, professional and kept us informed throughout the installation, I can’t rate them highly enough! Keep up the great work!! Thank you again!!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this locksmith company. I called them because I was locked out and needed immediate assistance. They initially quoted a reasonable price over the phone, but once the technician arrived, the cost suddenly increased without any clear explanation. It felt very misleading and unprofessional. The technician seemed inexperienced, took much longer than expected, and even caused unnecessary damage to my lock. Instead of solving the issue efficiently, they tried to pressure me into purchasing an expensive lock replacement that I did not need. Customer service was equally frustrating, as they refused to address my concerns or provide a fair resolution. I expected honesty, transparency, and professional workmanship, but unfortunately received the exact opposite. I would not recommend this locksmith service to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy assistance. There are far better locksmith companies in the USA that value their customers and provide honest pricing and quality service. My overall experience was stressful, overpriced, and completely unsatisfactory. I will never use this company again.
This bathroom remodel experience was a very nice experience. Isael our contractor was very friendly and professional. He had our old bath tub out and started on preparing for the new shower before we knew it he took care not to have any part of the mess spread to any other part of the house and kept us informed every step of the process we are very pleased with our new bathroom.

Happy with the bathroom redo. The integrity with USA bath is to be commended. They took responsibility for mistakes in their original installation. They sent all their management and the best installer Bobby Stillett to redo the shower. We are satisfied.

I bought a Kohler Walk In Tub. USA Bath is their exclusive installer.
Sales Rep Zack is amazing. He knows a lot & is thorough. He answers emails instantly. I am retired but had reps. He is as good as they come. 5 stars.
Philip was the the installer. He was good & thorough & fast. 5 stars.
The tub is ok. I am a senior. I was seated while draining it on the first use. I skipped forward & bruised my toe. I wrapped it with a toe sleeve & it will be ok until it heals. KOHLER SHOULD HAVE MADE THE FLOOR NO-SLIP. 4 stars.
I have a swim foot slipper with a gripping sole. I will put them on next time when I prepare to exit.
USA Bath is not as good as their rep or installer. There was a delay to install. Then 2 more delays. They also are slow to answer questions. My rep forced replies. 3 stars.
